I canceled my subscription but apparently they decided I needed another order. I got the alert from my bank and also see they had my old shipping address. I immediately updated my mailing address to my new one and emailed their customer service. No reply but 3 days later I got a shipping notification to my old address. Finally someone responded and said they'd ship me out another package to my new address. DHL tracking showed it going to my OLD address! Contacted them again and they apologized. They confirmed my new address again and sent me tracking info. A week later I saw my other deliveries were marked return to sender and my new order was a failed attempt to deliver to Wood, UT (I live in Arizona) Today I got an email saying my package was delivered...to Wood, UT!!!
I contacted them again and this time only AI responded telling me that I had received my package in my correct city on October 9th even though all my correspondence was after October 9th. AI said I could return the product with an explanation as to why Im returning it using their 30 day money back offer! I can't return what I never got and Im out 36.00. I threatened AI that I was filing a report and never heard back. Complete SCAM!

My first order took almost 2 months before it got to me. I e mailed and finally they said there was some kinda glitch that happened with a bunch of orders and I did finally get the M Booster and the Skin rej. Love the M Booster 5 star BUT not the taste of the Skin Rej, it's kinda off putting. I am getting great results from M Booster, helped me stop drinking SODA! I drank it every week alot. I really dont crave it now and usually I would be having deep cravings on the 3rd week off. So im happy but prob will not buy the skin rej again, I bought like 3 the last time in a bundle. BUT MBooster👍 5 STARS

The company is a scam. Make sure you read reviews before placing an order. I placed my order Mid July. It took them a month and half to ship the product to me (delivered on 8/28). I tried the product (a few days), it tastes bad and makes me nauseous. So I reached out for a return since they have 30-day guarantee. The AI answers a few of my emails and stops responding at all. As of today September 17, I still haven’t been able to return it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Going to file a complaint with division of consumer protection and BBB. Hope to save someone from a bad experience here.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Evident Wellness, primarily because of the complete lack of customer service and communication.

When I placed my order, an old shipping address was accidentally prefilled through the payment system I was already logged into. I noticed the mistake immediately after purchasing and emailed Evident Wellness right away. I received confirmation that my shipping address had been changed, and at that point the order had not yet been fulfilled, so I believed the issue had been resolved.

A week later, I received a delivery notification, only to discover through the tracking information that the package had, in fact, been shipped to the wrong address.

What has been even more frustrating is what happened afterward. It has now been approximately three weeks since I originally placed the order, and over the past two weeks I have sent SIX separate emails to both their “hello” and “help” email addresses trying to get this resolved. I have not received a single response from a live person. The only communication I’ve received has been automated AI responses saying that my message has been forwarded to their team.

For a company selling wellness products directly to consumers, this level of customer service is incredibly discouraging. Mistakes can happen, and I completely understand that. What I don’t understand is confirming that my shipping address was corrected, still sending the package to the wrong address, and then failing to respond to repeated attempts to resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, there doesn’t appear to be a customer service phone number where you can actually speak with a live person. When email is the only available method of support, customers should not have to wait weeks and send six different messages just to receive a human response.

At this point, I’m not only disappointed that I never received my order...I’m far more disappointed by the lack of accountability and basic customer support. I would strongly caution others about ordering until Evident Wellness improves its ability to provide actual, responsive customer service.
