Site is contrived to look like a government website, the actual government site charges for the ETA but enables users to review their payment before it is processed. This site goes straight to payment and is immediately deducted. This, in my view is against consumer protection. They do not reply to emails very untrustworthy do not use this company look for the official ETA government site. It will save you a lot of hassle and will only charge you $7 dollars not the rip off price of £55 pounds. There refund policy is non existent.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE - it is unnecessary service and the authentic government website is easy to use and fast only charging $7 (canadian)

This misleading website feigns as an authentic government site unless searching beyond the front landing page.
It charges unnecessary "service" fees which are unclear.
I contacted Brendan Duggan regarding my concerns - to which he denied any issues with their site which I believe is deliberately misleading and omitting information.
He then with further correspondence agreed to refund part payment and we finally agreed to a 50% return of charges.
I am still waiting.
And he has now stopped responding to emails.

This is a fraudulent service. I had five applications to process, made the first but my bank card was declined by Natwest. I used another card successfully and then started with my second. Luckily, Natwest called me before I hit "PAY" a second time to tell me the website is fraudulent.

I contacted BRENDAN DUGGAN of etavisacanada several times for a refund and he refused. He is a shyster, scammer, liar and cheat. I received an email saying my application is approved but the content was loaded with viruses and my computer wouldn't open it.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VILE MAN.

Feeling extremely frustrated at this so called Visa website. Like many others below feel like it’s a scam and ridiculous the amount of money they charged me. NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT TELL YOU HOW MUCH IT COSTS which is DISGRACEFUL. Only afterwards did I find out they charged me £53. Hoping I get an opportunity of having a refund just like others below

I tried to cancel the transaction by sending several emails but I did not receive any response from them but got another email instead that it was already approved. I am already aware of the result prior to that because I did it through the gov of canada website.

All travellers that vidit Canada are required to have an ETA the cost when applied for directly is $CAN7 -- be aware that there is a site that promotes itself as Canada eVisa Services they have positioned themselves so they come up first on a web search. it looks real -- although they don't disclose in a easy manner the fee they charge -- I foolishly applied without checking closely -- got the visas -- but I also got charged $US99 -- a exorbitant excessive fee.

Puts an extremely bad taste and extremely bad reputation and experience. A reasonably would be happily accepted -- this was highway robbery of the worst kind -- TAKE CARE WHEN YOU APPLY, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Do not use! Was directed to this website via search engine, thought that I was on the Canadian Official Website. When it came to payment realised it wasn't official site but thought that I would use it anyway to speed up process. Had an email to say that application was approved but no eta number , requested the number numerous times from the company but had no response. Asked for a refund and submitted on the official Canadian site (less bother than this site) received Eta confirmation and number straight away.

We received the mail with the message "your application has been approved", but we haven't received any Eta number so I am not able to verify if we actually own an Eta.
Have emailed the company on numerous occasions to request our Eta number so can check validity but to date have had no response

No idea whether Visum is really approved by the Canadian government. Very very unhappy about the money being lost. Very deceiving site; they ask 49$ for a 6$ worth of "service rendered". When contacting them, no solution was offered; I don't know what to do now...

Thank you for your assistance when stumbled over some off the questions like ( there was no Isle of Man 🇮🇲 on you form ) I email you & got a prompt reply & was then able to complete the form successfully. ( Something that might help not everyone is connected to the internet or PC )

I have no idea if we have a visa. All I know is that money has been taken. I have tried to contact the company to ask for a refund and have had no reply. I fear it is a scam. They are asking for a great deal more money than is needed to cover the cost of the ETA and it is in US dollars. I frankly feel very stupid to have been duped like this. Please do not use them

It's a scam website, it's not related to canadian gouvernment. There is no way to know if it was really applied. It costs 7 times the regular price. Run away !
