I am writing to thank you both for creating such an amazing team and company. I can’t thank you all enough for the efficient, kind and caring responses to my partner Stefan when he was suffering from High Altitude Sickness whilst attempting EBC a couple of weeks ago. The whole process - despite the uncontrollable misty weather whilst waiting for the helicopter rescue off the mountain – were fantastic, with members of your team supporting us every step of the way. We never felt alone or neglected during our time of need and that’s when you know we had made the right decision in Evertrek.

I would like to pass on my gratitude to Sanu our guide. He was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better leader. He lifted our morale on a daily basis, was incredibly informative (hosting an array of delightful conversations) and was extremely attentive. Mingma and Poola (apologies for incorrect spelling), our two porters also became very special and valued members of the group. Thank you to Dave for checking in to make sure we were both okay, even during Andy’s wedding (I mean that’s incredible). Lastly to Kedar and Anuj for being so hospitable for the remaining parts of the trip in Kathmandu.

Thank you so much again, and I will definitely be recommending Evertrek to all my friends, family and encounters when I tell them about our attempt to EBC 😊 Here’s to the next adventure with Evertrek!

I met Andy and Max by chance the night before doing the Snowdonia 10 peaks. We had ended up on the same table whilst watching the champions league final. Both were top blokes and we got chatting all manner of stuff over a few pints, mainly footy and hiking. This leading to me eventually mentioning my end goal was the trekking in the Himalayas. With the ten peaks challenge a stepping stone towards that. Andy introduced me to his company with no hard sell and told me to check it out. I’d already researched options quite a bit. I like that Evertrek have their own team of guides who they know and trust, so you are always looked after by the Evertrek team. This with the small deposit, the flexibility to change dates with no fuss gave me a lot of confidence. I also noticed they specialise in high altitude only and are well established. I’ve just booked Everest via Gokyo Valley. Andy had the time to chat on the phone with me about training for altitude (and footy). Since booking I’ve been really impressed with how comprehensive and well organised the information pack is provided is. They have video podcasts, loads of info about kit and training and detailed itinerary. You can even get free customised training plans from altitude centre. Andy and his team are really passionate about what they do and it really shows. I can’t wait to get out out to Everest Base Camp.

Can't rate this company highly enough always willing to help and answer questions no matter how silly you think they are. I've booked a 2nd trip with them in the himalayas no hassle no sale push, just friendly helpful, flexible service.

I could not recommend Evertrek enough! They went above and beyond from the very moment I called to enquire right the way through until the very moment I arrived back home.

We happened to be stuck in Nepal for an additional 10 days due to the country going into lockdown and Evertrek worked tirelessly every single day to ensure not only were we in the loop with what was going on but also just to make sure we were comfortable, happy and OK!

They don't feel like your typical corporate company, the entire team is super friendly and make you feel like pals! Something quite important to me and they showed in every single way is that they truly care for all their staff, as soon as the Sherpas and guides lost pretty much all work for this season they set up a justgiving page to help support their families! They doing everything with love and care both for their customers and their team!!

Ok, I could go on! Bottom line is, if you are looking for some trekking adventures, look no further. Just go and book it, you will not regret it!

Thank you for reminding me why I love travelling and trekking so much, now you have awoken it I have lots of planning to do for 2021 hehe!! ❤️

Just returned from Everest Base Camp with Evertrek, and to say that this company went way beyond my expectations is an understatement.
Whilst we were nearing Base Camp, the whole of Nepal went into complete lockdown because of Covid-19. The guides on the ground as well as the team back in the UK did everything to get us to Base Camp, then back to Lukla where they somehow managed to charter us a flight back to Katmandu, whilst other companies were struggling to do the same for their trekkers.
Once back in Katmandu, we were looked after completely, put up in a hotel and the guys on the ground as well as Andy and Dave in the uk, were in daily contact with us as well as the embassy, keeping us up to date and looking after us in a situation that was clearly out of their control. We were treated well and looked after above and beyond anything expected from any tour operator.

The Trek itself was awesome. From the time I booked a year ago, the team at Evertrek kept in touch, answering any questions I had. ( usually by a personal video, by email). They also hold regular “Live Q&A “ sessions which more often than not , answer questions that you hadn’t even thought of, well worth watching.
I went on my own, and on the ground was part of. 14 person group. We were looked after from start to finish. The guys on the ground are second to none, they really know their stuff and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are constantly monitoring you, making sure we ate and drank enough. They were always looking for signs of fatigue or altitude sickness and were there to help when needed , and glad to say that we had a 100% success rate of getting to EBC.The guides would filter water for us every morning and every time that we stopped so we weren’t using bottles water, hence reducing the use of plastic. Also, our guides were the only ones that carried bags and were picking up litter as they walked, they are very proud of their country and rightly so.
I would High recommend Evertrek to anyone and I will definitely be booking another trek with them to one of their other destinations.

What a fantastic company. I completed Everest Base Camp with Evertrek which was brilliant, we also had a 100% success rate in a group of 13, a testament to their guides. I also required medical attention whilst on the trek and their guides were so diligent and informative. I was part of a group that got stranded in Kathmandu due to COVID-19. Evertrek were excellent and the contacts they have on the ground made us feel safe and kept us up to date. The detail these guys go to is amazing! They even offered to help financially which is something you never get from other groups. Would highly recommend booking with Evertrek, I will definitely be!

I would highly recommend EverTrek! I went on their Everest Base Camp trek and everything about it was fantastic, very well organised and they would do anything and everything to make your trip enjoyable. I actually had an accident in Kathmandu and badly sprained my ankle before the trek and they still got me to the top! With a little help from a horse for a few days which was all sorted for me by them. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me so 5 stars!

I have just returned from a slightly shortened 3 peaks 3 passes trek (completely my call to head down shortly after lockdown was announced to meet the EBC group and avoid getting stuck in Lukla alone) and an extended stay in Kathmandu because of lockdown and flight bans as a result of COVID-19. Despite all the uncertainty and changes in plans I cannot recommend Evertrek highly enough. I had the most wonderful time whilst on the trek and everything was super easy knowing that all the logistics, right down to tea and biscuits every afternoon, were taken care of. My guide and porter were fantastic, as were those leading the base camp group I began the trek with. Nothing was too much to ask and their expertise was clear.

The guys truly showed they have your back no matter the circumstances! Even when things didn’t go smoothly with something as unpredictable as this pandemic, they were amazing. They got a flight chartered to get us down from Lukla, and continued to ensure we were looked after. They got us a great deal in a lovely hotel and continued in helping to contact the British embassy regarding flights to get us home, despite return to the UK being well beyond their remit under normal circumstances. Their team in the UK, especially Dave, as well as Anuj and the team in Nepal were fantastic throughout. From the start they were so helpful, responding quickly, being flexible in rearranging my trip a few times and they made being stranded in Nepal so much less stressful.

I will definitely be booking future treks with Evertrek and recommend that you do too!

I traveled to EBC this October and would really recommend Evertrek. Being my first adventure holiday, it was reassuring to have such a supportive team with lots of information, advice and kit recommendations prior to departure.

Having little things like filtered water and meals included in the cost (I saw another group having to queue to pay for breakfast) might seem trivial but it meant we didn't have to worry about running out of money on the trek - and they treat their guides and porters (who were top class and couldn't do enough for you) with consideration and respect.

I always felt well looked after throughout my time in Nepal, and they put a great deal of effort into ensuring that the holiday went smoothly such as rearranging flights, and adapted to any issues that arose.

Evertrek made it a great holiday. I met some great people, have some great memories and lots of photos! You even get a free bag, medal and certificate!

Evertrek, what can I say.... supportive, great sense of humour, very patient, very understanding and with an exceptional in depth knowledge of there profession.

All in all a very memorable experience with great people.

Just returned from Nepal after completing Everest base camp .
If anyone is thinking of doing the trek then I would highly recommend evertrek Andy , Dave and the rest of the team are fantastic everything went smoothly with no problems nothing was too much trouble for them .

I had the most fantastic trip in Nepal, all thanks to evertrek. Andy was so so helpful from the moment I first rang about going. Nothing was ever to much, always had a speedy reply- which was reassuring when I was stressing about equipment. The training weekend that they offer is also incredibly helpful and really gets you ready for your holiday.
Our guide in Nepal, Bhim and his team, were absolutely fantastic, they worked unbelievably hard, you never wanted for anything. (Watch them, they cheat at cards!!haha)
As for the trek, the negotiations of getting to Lukla were a bit up in the air...but that's just Nepal! Go with the flow.But once we got there, it was brilliant, everyday the scenery was beautiful and I never felt like they expected to much from you. Plenty of rest time and tea stops! I personally enjoyed the food and thought all the accommodation was fine!!
Basically an all round incredible trip, there wasn't a second I didn't enjoy!!! Highly recommend Andy and the team. Would defo do another trek with them :D

I had the most amazing trip to Everest Base Camp with Evertrek, thank you Andy for being the font of all knowledge about this trip and for Rishi our guide for looking after us. It is probably the most challenging holiday I have ever done but it was worth every moment and the scenery was just stunning. Nepal is an amazing place and I will definitely go back one day. Thanks to Evertrek and my trekking buddies for a very special holiday.

What can I say...

The past two weeks have been incredible. I never thought someone like me would ever get the chance to be at the Top of the World, but thanks to Evertrek, my dream became a reality. I just wanna say a massive thank you to the Andy, Dawa and the guides, the amazing porters and last but not least, my incredible team, who made the altitude sickness, the cold evenings and the tiring days, some of the best days of my life.

Without Evertrek, this trip would have been a logistical nightmare so I want a grateful for Evertrek making this a seamless and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

What a moment, what an achievement, what a freaking relief.

We did base camp with Evertrek and everything was professionally run, even the rescuing of a couple members who had to be returned to Kathmandu via helicopter.

Outstanding from beginning to end. Andy warmed the trip with key information on how to prepare, what to pack and what to expect once there. Throughout the trip I felt they always ensured our safety and had a clear plan on how things were to develop next, even if weather conditions had to change our plans slightly. The team was not only warm, welcoming and professional but also incredibly fun!
