BE WARNED - DO NOT PURCHASE EVER AU SLIPPERS FROM DEBENHAM'S WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AS WITH PREVIOUS REVIEWS, I PURCHASED A PAIR OF SLIPPERS VIA DEBENHAMS WEBSITE.
ACCORDING TO THE WEBSITE THESE WERE SOLD AND DELIVERED BY EVER AU!!!!!
THEY WERE DELIVERED IN THE WRONG COLOUR AND SEEMED OF SUB STANDARD MANUFACTURE.
INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY BOX WITH THE SLIPPERS WAS 'A NOTE'!!!! ADVISING IF WISHING TO RETURN THE ITEMS TO THEN CONTACT THE EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN ON THE NOTE.
I EMAILED AS SUGGESTED AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE. I HAVE CONTACTED DEBENHAMS, AGAIN WITH NO RESPONSE.
HAVING CHECKED FURTHER, IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THESE SLIPPERS WERE SUPPLIED BY TANG WEALTH MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I THINK I SHALL FORGET ABOUT GETTING A REFUND AND SHALL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THE DEBENHAMS WEBSITE AGAIN.

Ordering was simple. However I did not qualify for free shipping as I had a voucher. I thought that was unfair. Shipping was quick and the slippers I ordered looked like good quality.

I ordered 5 pairs of EVERAU croft from the everau.com.au website on the weekend and they arrived within 3 business days.

Seriously the most comfortable shoe i have ever worn.

I ordered these from Debenhams for my wife for her birthday. Within four months they were not usable as soles had worn out. When I contacted their customer service I was told that was normal wear and tear by their customer service team......keep well away from these. I expected better from Debenhams

My experience wasn't the best. The shoes I purchased were advertised as having an adjustable strap. When they arrived I realised the strap was in fact fixed and therefore not adjustable which meant they didn't fit. I have a high arch and knowing this always need adjustable sandals. I emailed Everau and was asked a thousand questions which was annoying as I had replied to my order confirmation email which had everything they were reasking on them email.. Ever said they didn't offer return labels and I questioned why as the website was misleading. Again more questions and a request for a screenshot of the website. It was frustrating. Eventually they sent me return label and even though I was originally going to exchange for a different pair after all the emails and repeating myself I chose a refund. I am yet to receive this and am.hopeful there are no delays. Update - they gave me a refund minus a $9 sevice fee. Which I feel was unfair as their website gave a false description of the shoes. Will not purchase from them again.

I’m confused as I ordered a pair of Ugg boots directly from Australia, a low black pair with two buttons on the side. They were a second order as I had already received a long grey pair from Ugg which has Ugg printed on The 3 buttons and on the back. This new black pair are stamped Everau on the buttons and on the back being advertised as Ugg’s by Ugg! Why is this? There was no explanation.

Everou slides, worn once slid right through them and hurt my leg. Sole not slippery but inside is. Bought in good faith but was flatly refused a refund. They said they had no other complaints. Awful footwear and awful customer service

Bought these as a Christmas present but the size was ridiculous

I bought the size 6 but it must have been 2 size s too small. Not just a bit tight. Unable to get the slippers on.

I concur totally with the smooth returns service as experienced by other reviewers recently. I purchased a pair of ever au clogs from Debenhams (which rival the quality of a premium brand) but found the fit was wide. I have my eye on a pair of boots now!

I have just purchased and received my brown calf length boots in speedy time. They fit perfectly and are so warm and comfortable. I knew they would fit as I did what the instruction on measurement said on Debenhams site.I am absolutely delighted with them.

Was a little bit concerned when my slippers were too small as I’d seen that they weren’t replying to returns emails, however I emailed them and they sent me the following returns link wwwroyalmailcom/track-my-return#/details/7268
and it was a great process from there, Royal Mail even come and collect your return. I had to return two pairs (something to bear in mind, I’m a size 8 and ended up with a size 10 in the Galah style, you’ll definitely need to size up) and I’ve now received refunds for both within a week. Lovely slippers and very happy with the service.

I purchased a pair of slippers from Debenhams unfortunately they were too big so had to return them. As mentioned in previous reviews the email address they send with Everau slippers does not reply neither do Debenhams. I was upset as didn't want to lose my well earned money so I emailed Everau, they replied quickly and sent an email to print returns label. Royal Mail picked up my package from home too. I have today received my refund. Please get in
touch directly to the company who will sort any issues out.

No valid email. No return. No refund. Wished Id checked this first with TP but thought it would be safe as ordered through Debenhams. Yet another waste of money. Boots are supposed to be a size 7 but are more like a size 5!! Trying to chase ghosts to get any customer care service.

I purchased a pair of slippers that are too small. The support email the company provides blocks emails so they don’t receive them. The only way to get a refund is to contact the email address. I’ve emailed from a few different accounts and they have blocked each one. I feel like it’s a scam so they don’t have to refund. Now I’m left with a pair of slippers that are too small and I cannot wear or get a refund.

I purchased a pair of calf length chestnut size 7 for myself. Arrived 9th October 2024 3 days after ordering online and the fit is perfect snug and soft much better fit then the original UGGs I have over the years. And at over half the price then the UGG. I would strongly recommend shopping around before paying extreme prices for Ugg when they also own these. Packaging was excellent much better once again then the Ugg boxes.

I purchased two pairs of boots for my Grandaughters Birthday on the 13/6/2024,,too big ,so ten emails later asking where I send them back to ,no answer, except a note saying I’d be responsible for return postage .I was so sick of this so sent them back at my expense ,the concierge took them at 1:37pm on the 4th of July ,and according to Aust post they were delivered to the correct address .They are still insisting they haven’t received them.I want my money back.It’s a pity as they sell a good product.

Easy to use Website and boots were true to size. Fast postage and great communication. I purchased the Pathfinder Boots (on recommendation from a stranger in the supermarket - I told her I loved her boots and she told me about Everau) and found them to be super comfy and easy to get on - only issue was that one of the little lace grommets came off as I was doing up the laces (first time use) - I was able to push it back into place, but I may need to add a dab of glue to stop it happening again. I would absolutely recommend Everau to family, friends and random supermarket shoppers.

Customer service is appalling, I ordered a size 13 and they sent me a 12 - there was no returns label so I emailed and still haven't heard anything back. Don't waste your money.
