Felt it was a fair price for insurance, but can't give a 5 star because I didn't have to use it.

Well, so far, Eventsured website was so completely user friendly. I got a quote right away without even needing to leave the page and go to my email. Then the email I received with the quote had a link in it that brought me right back to my quote so I could fill in the rest of the blanks and complete my purchase. This is the first time I've had to purchase insurance for an event and I will be back to Eventsured the next time.

I HAD SOME CHANGES THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE TO THE POLICY I SUBMITTED THIS AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND NO UPDATES WERE EVER MADE. I TRIED TO CALL AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE BUT THAT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. I STILL NEED TO MAKE CHANGES IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT READS THIS PLEASE CALL ME BACK TO MAKE THE CHANGES OTHERWISE I HAVE TO CANCEL THE POLICY BY 4/29/25 KEVIN ROUSE 213 926-2809, I am expecting a call back to get this matter taken care of by no later that 4/29/25 THIS IS EXTREMLY IMPORTANT!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON EVENTSURED'S PART!!!

Very easy to obtain last minute needed event insurance.

This has been the best experience ever. New to getting Liability insurance for my organization that I chair...EVENTSURED is the best...User friendly.

I would stay away from them. I asked about if they cover equipment for a event like a video wall or dance floor. Kelly says they won't cover it

Other reviews they state they do not cover property or medical stuff. So at this point I am not sure what they cover for the events but they try to avoid everything they can.

Working with Eventsured is simple and painless. I wish that we could create a quote that does not show the agency commission and fees, so that it's in customer deliverable format at the onset. Similarly, it would be best to have a customer facing receipt, one that shows receipt for the customer payment amount. Your competitors do that, but I like your pricing better in some instances, so I keep trying here.

On a positive note, this insurer had the most reasonable event insurance I found, including host liquor. The Liability insurance itself was $60.60 for a single day event, however they tacked on a SEPA fee of $57.50. Upon researching SEPA, I found that transfers are generally free, though some institutions may levy a fee. This seems like a senseless cost add-on since I paid in full with a credit card.

Glad we didn’t need the insurance but was good to have it
