Erick was very good. And kind while working. With me.

I've been trying to get them to change my contingent beneficiaries for weeks from one person @100% to two people@50/50%. They sent one page with the same one person as the contingent with no % appropriated. When I finally got through their painful phone tree to speak to a LIVE person, she informed me they would be sending a second page with the other person's name on a separate page.

Still waiting after weeks for that second page to show up in my mailbox.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT YOUR WISHES HONORED.
