Evan Designs Anmeldelser

I used the contact form on the Evan Designs website for recommendations on a project. I wanted to add motion activated mini LED lights to a tiny treehouse I made from a kit, and wanted it to plug in to an outlet. I had an unsuccessful attempt with materials I ordered from a different company, Evan Designs responded with a list of suggested items and recommended power supply specs. My order arrived quickly and items had labels with very helpful info on them. My project was a success. This is a great company!

My items arrived as I ordered. Had to pay extra customs charges not Evan’s fault but keep it in mind when placing orders. It’s a pity I’d be ordering a lot more often there leds are great quality.

I have been purchasing lighting from Evan Designs for the past two years, for the lighted miniatures I create. I have never been let down by this company or its products. They are far superior to anything else out there. Evan Designs is the only business that creates lighting that will fit into my very tiny designs, plus their lighting is very user friendly. I cannot tell you how many custom orders this business has happily fulfilled for me… it’s a lot, and they delivery every single time. I couldn’t create the lighted miniatures I do, or run my home business the way I do if it weren't for Evan Designs. I am seriously so thankful for them! I cannot recommend them enough!

As an electronic tinkerer, I am so glad Evan Design exists. They make really cool and handy small products. My last project was to add lighting to an outdoor clock with photo sensor and timer. Their support is amazing. There was an error in shipping a part I ordered. They promptly sent a replacement and contacted me to apologize and make sure I was satisfied..

My Lionel Passenger Cars had interior lights which were old and not working (burned out). Replacement cost was very high plus high shipping. I saw Evan Designs had new LED lighting for model trains and sent an email. I was sent specific lighting units for my model trains which were inexpensive; low shipping; and easy installation. It was a home run, I recommend.

Amazing service. I had no history with this site but I found a cool, unique item that was just what i needed, and decided to take a chance. Arrived in a few days from a US address and when i had a problem they were super responsive + knowledgeable and even though i was willing to accept culpability for possibly doing something wrong myself they replaced the items without hesitation. Will def be coming back in the future.

A fantastic company! They have such a great selection of products -- these I couldn't find anywhere else - and with the best customer support! Thank you to Shelly for all the time, patience, and advice. I will definitely do business with them again.

Terrible shop, avoid at all costs. Bought $35 worth of gear (2 led lights kits, both including 4 micro LEDs, a battery, a battery holder with a switch).
The delivery took quite a long time. As soon as I received the gear and figured out how it worked, I headed to a chinese wholesaler to do a bulk order : I paid $35 and for the price of two led packs at ED's I got 100 microleds, 15 3v batteries and 15 battery holders + switch. I got 8 leds at evans designs for the same price. Hold on, it gets better : 3 of the 8 LEDs are dead : 2 of them were dead on arrival and the third one broke after I installed it in a kit. In comparison, the chinese LEDs work just fine, if not a lot better.
Stay away from this seller, charges 6 times the price and ships broken gear. Avoid at all costs. I spent 30 hours on a kit and now it's ruined because I can't take the dead LEDs out...big loss of time, money and patience. Stay away !
