My Honda mirror arrived quite quickly, well package. Excellent service and product. Don’t be put off by the fact that it is shipped from Germany , probably took the same amount of time ( 4 days )as other local sellers and a better price will definitely use them again .

Clear parts matching against vehicle and safe buy option. Very useful with an older vehicle.
Would be 5 stars if shipment tracking was available before package is in the UK shipment partner system.

No sign of delivery
5 days since placing an order, paid £8.45 delivery for some small parts (a radiator cap, panel air filter, distributor cap, distributor rotor arm) but still no confirmation by Evri (Hermes tracking) that the package has been collected!
Won't be using again.

Everything went very well
Everything went very well. There was some confusion about a part being suitable for my car so I called in, they couldn't answer straight away but they found out and called me back 10 minutes later.
Took about 4-5 days for the parts to come but I think they come from Germany so expected as much. I would use them again.

Wrong item sent after waiting a week. Website is useless.
UPDATE: Transaction was refunded by AUTODOC SE after much correspondence. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars as the amount of trouble this order has given me over the last week was worth 2 star drop minimum. Autodoc SE need to clean up their relationship with autodoc.co.uk, and this is a start.
Autodoc have admitted via email to fraud, doctoring the invoice, and sending any item they feel like that loosely matches what you wanted. The trouble with cars is that it does matter.
Autodoc have no qualms about not honouring the sales agreement but changing it to suit them and only them, you can only get a refund maximum, in return, they will not refund the time and loss of earning, of opportunity. Do not buy from them. Buy local.
These Berliners have no respect for UK now, since after brexit you cannot take them to EU small claims court or AFD.
Waited a week to receive the item and they have sent the wrong item.
It is similar but obviously not the brand or model that fits my car.
Completely useless and waste of time. Waiting for result of deliberation. SHOP ELSEWHERE DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME.
(Also these guys are same company as AUTODOC)

I ordered a part and the sent me one…
I ordered a part and the sent me one for a left wheel car even though it is supposed to be a British website. Spoke to them on the phone and told me to send it back and they will send me the correct part (which is out of stock). When I checked the return address I realised it is in Germany and it will cost me a fortune to send it back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They sent us completely the wrong part and, when we notified them, they said- in writing- “with regret, the selection by the make and model on our website is not the most accurate”. They asked for photos of the item to prove we hadn’t used it. We sent these immediately. They then admitted that it was in pristine condition, but said they want us to send it back to them in Germany and, after a “2-day inspection”, they will let us know whether they are willing to give us a refund or not. Absolute charlatans. Avoid.
