bought a model specific muffler and it arived in a few days whit everything needed to mount it the only problem was that the idiots that put it in the box thougt it would be a good idea to cut of the pipe on one side so it could fit in a smaler box first and last time i'm baying anything from them

Easy to order quick delivery part was well packaged

Timely. but damaged packaging when delivered. The item was(part) protruding all the boxing and I am unable to confirm any damage until the part is fitted by a Mecanic!
Needs more care with protecting items from movement in transit. Not just put in a box!

I was 'Hijacked' to the AutoDoc site from a .co.uk site and had no idea that their 'in-stock' items were only in Germany. It took another two days for me to discover that delivery was going to be seven days! Only use this company if your car isnt sitting on your drive in need of immediate repair!
Update: I have now revised my score for this review as once I was able to get through to someone from the company my issue was dealt with quickly and effectively. My initial frustration was caused by the need to fit parts on my car so as to avoid an MOT retest fee. If I do not need the parts in a hurry, then I will continue to use AutoDoc (EuSpares)

Easy to navigate the site , there is a lot to choose from and the delivery of my item was pretty fast .

This Company operates outside of basic consumer rights laws. Before you buy anything read the return procedure!
You basically can't return it. You have to Email a specific address with very specific information, fine! You then get sent a link that takes you to a form to select the item to return and tell them why you want to return it (which you've already done in the email)
The form asks you to select a reason for return, now here's the catch.. there is nothing to select, no option to select anything. Accept to tell them why you are returning, you hit enter to send your message, just tells you to select your reason.. So you can't exercise your right to return, which is illegal consumer practice. The relevent authorities are being told and all screenshots and forms sent to also.

I needed a spare/replacement lower water hose for my admittedly ancient Citroen and Euspares had one...hooray! The item was listed as "new" and when it arrived a few days later, it was indeed "brand new" and still in the makers packaging. So thank you Euspares and as a famous film actor once said, "I'll be back"!
