A few words from a French customer who appreciated the competence and the way my order was handled by Eurospares .

You do not have to wait on the phone .
It was possible to talk to the same person you have already talked to which means that you do not have to explain your needs several times.
I ordered a used distribution shaft for a Maserati engine under art number 5405 685
Eurospares had 2 in stock under the same art number , but as this item exists in 2 versions , it was needed to check some dimensions .
Indeed Neil Belton went to the warehouse to check the needed dimensions ?He sent to me a picture of the caliper taking the measurement
to secure they where taken at the right place .
After securing the needed dimension , I placed my order on the phone together with the payment .
As only 1 out of the 2 shafts in stock would fit my engine , Neil Belton went himself to pick the correct one in the warehouse .

I indeed received what I Ordered , in spite of some clearance delay and cost(VAT) in France due to the new rules after the Brexit .

You could have warned that in addition to the price paid to you there are customs taxes, from 30 to 35% in Italy. It isn't correct to say nothing

It's been two months since ordering and paying for a air pump hose for my Ferrari. Other than the order number I have received no communication from them? I have sent messages but received no reply! If you are wise you will not deal with this company since their customer service is nonexistent.

the deadline is a bit long if the parts are not available, the quality is good, I recommend, I hope I can continue with you despite the brexit, best wishes.
