I switched for the DHL and DPD discounts and I’m saving about 35% monthly. The Shopify integration was quick and bulk printing works well. The downside is pickup times are inconsistent. Sometimes the driver comes early, sometimes 2 hours late. It’s decent but not perfect yet.

The delivery service was excellent and everything arrived smoothly.

Euroship rates are definitely cheaper than An Post and delivery to Germany is usually 2-3 days which customers like. My main issue is that tracking sometimes stops updating once the parcel leaves Ireland. Support helped but it took 3 days to get a reply. Good value overall but communication could be better

Bulk rates get better as volume grows. Happy with it.

Been 8 months. Rates are consistent and no surprise fees. The tracking page for customers is plain. I wish I could add my logo. Functionally it’s good, just not very branded.

My experience with Eship has been mediocre. The platform itself is relatively easy to use, and the basic booking features work as expected. However, the customer support team takes too long to respond, and the tracking information experiences frequent delays. While the delivery gets completed, the overall communication needs efficiency. It is a decent service, but it could be much better.

The concept is great and the savings are there. I’ve been using it for 5 months. My only real frustration is that sometimes the rate changes slightly after I print the label and I get a small adjustment invoice at month end. I wish that was more upfront. Still cheaper than alternatives though.

Used europship for a parcel last week. The booking process on the site was simple enough, but the delivery took two days longer than estimated. Customer support did eventually get back to me with an update, but they were quite slow to reply. It gets the job done but don't expect express speed.

Eship is super easy to use,highly reliable,and work exactly as described.facing some bugs but look like batter.

Average service. Took ages for the driver to update the tracking dashboard while coming through Germany to Denmark, so I was a bit worried the food materials would spoil. Delivery was delayed by almost a full day but thankfully everything arrived intact and cold. Customer support was helpful enough when I finally got through, but they seem understaffed. Okay for the price but they need to be more punctual with Northern Europe routes.

I dropship and Eship had no minimum volume requirements which was perfect to start. Now that I’m growing, the rates get even better. The API integration was easy and orders flow straight from WooCommerce to Eship. It’s taken so much stress off fulfillment.

Moving our supply chain tracking to EuroPShip has saved us a lot of back-and-forth emails. The unified dashboard works great for monitoring fulfillment across Eastern Europe. The only reason for 4 stars is that setting up our account took a bit longer than expected. Once live, the logistics and support have been very reliable.

Okay look, the software dashboard is fine and saves time, no doubt. But their warehouse guys in Germany totally messed up my SKU count this month. Sent the wrong color variants to three of my top customers. Took me 4 days of non-stop shouting on emails to fix it. Good tool but operational staff is careless."

The biggest difference for me in eastern europ was realizing that getting an order isn't the same as getting it delivered.we had to pay much more attention to confirmation,refused parcels and COD collection.europship helped us organize that side and gave us much better visibility on what was happening after the customer placed the order
