We’re doing 1000 orders/month now and Euroship handles the volume well. The only problem is customer notifications don’t include our store name. They look generic. Small thing but it matters for branding. Otherwise shipping is smooth.

Returns are easy to set up and customers can print their own labels. That’s a big plus. My frustration is support response time during Black Friday. Waited 6 hours. They were swamped. Got resolved but it was stressful.
