Europe Removal & Storage Ltd. Anmeldelser

Europe Removal contacted me through a comparision site I had used to get quotes for my move from Basingstoke to Aylesbury. Ali from the office kept following up periodically without being overbearing.
I hadn't heard of this company before, but their quote was very competitive and I decided to go with them for a full packing and moving service.
2 guys came a day before the move and packed most of my stuff into boxes. On the day of the move, a team of 5 guys came at 8am and started packing and loading everything into the vans with great speed and efficiency. The guys knew what they were doing. They expertly dismantled my furniture, wrapped it and loaded into the vans. All I had to do was to stay out of the way and let them do everything. The guys were done sooner than I has expected. They then waited while I cleaned the place before heading off to the new place.
Once I had the keys to the new place, they reassembled the furniture and left the boxes in the appropriate rooms for me to unpack.
Very impressed with the team. All my stuff was moved with 0 damage. Thanks you!

The team did a great job on our move. The guys worked tirelessly all day, got everything packed up, moved and unpacked. No complaints at all, wonderful service and competitive pricing.
Thank you very much.

Ali and his team took the stress out of moving. They turned up on time behaved totally professionally. Even though our sale did not go as smoothly as expected and dates needed to be changed, the company accommodated the move turning up on time and working hard to complete within the day. There were no damages or extra costs involved and the team were polite at all times.

We have some complaints about their job:

1. The movers arrived late, were too slow, and finished around 10:45 pm.

2. They did not reassemble an IKEA bed that was initially agreed.

3. They broke one of the bed's drawers, tried to patch it with tape, with a missing metal pole, and did not tell us.

4. We later discovered other broken parts and struggled to reassemble the bed.

5. I emailed them with these issues on 31/07/2024, they told me "Let me investigate with my team and I will get back to you soon", and then no response till now 10/08/2024.

6. Another issue is that they opened one of our boxes and got a precious container out of it. We saw it inside the van and they eventually did deliver it to inside the house, but we felt uncomfortable with them tampering with it without our permission, and we couldn't ignore the possibility that they had other intentions.

Excellent service. They were very pati

Contacted them a month ago through a comparison site and they haven't stopped harassing me with emails and phone calls. DO NOT USE.

Such a helpful company with great prices. The 3 guys who turned up right on time were absolutely wonderful. Friendly as well as trustworthy. Quick workers and completely indefatigable despite the heat. I cant recommend this firm enough - we will have to move again in about a year and will definitely use these guys again.

Really helpful staff and made sure all materials put into property as requested. Stayed on to complete job.

Professional and efficient service. The team on the day were very helpful.

We used this company excellent service, highly recommend this company, offer best service in London and Greater London.

do not use this removal company as they give you cheap quote and then on the day they rip you off.

also they broke our brand new fridge freezer and never paid for the damage or even answer our call.

During a stressful couple of days Ali helped to keep me calm with his kindness and patience. He and his team got a big job done and they were all happy to help and listen to our wishes. Thank you Ali and team 🙏🏻😎

Workers mentality is below standard. 100% payment before unloading - An unfair term! Problem with moving a piano. Gave me a quote which was 25% to 40% of a normal piano moval. They already have advantage over others but quoted a sky high price. The manager deal with the case was greedy and terrible. Beware of this company.

I submitted a query through a moving comparison site, and immediately started getting daily calls and e-mails from this company. I'd made it clear I was quite early in the moving process and was just looking for indicative quote but they kept pushing for a site visit to provide a full quote.
Eventually as the move got nearer I took a video survey and shared the details - I figured given their persistence I should at least give them the chance even though their incessant calls/e-mails were borderline badgering. When the quotes came in these guys were the MOST expensive by £900! For perspective, that's 50% more expensive than the best quotes I received. When I told them I wouldn't be using them, they offered to quote again much cheaper! So, what they were saying was their first quote was an attempt to rip me off but they can do it much better. The badgering escalated. They called me at weekends, evenings and even a bank holiday! They just wouldn't take no for an answer. In the end I had to block their phone number and mark their e-mail address as spam! Their desparation for business makes more sense when I look at all the negative reviews here. I dodged a bullet for sure!

A JOB WELL DONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND WENT AN EXTRA MILE TO MAKE ME AND MY FAMILY COMFORTABLE IN OUR HOME
CLEARED MY GARAGE, AND TOOK ALL THE RUBBISH WITH THEM

Great service, very fast, helpful, polite.
We would definitely recommend them

Great service. Efficient, good communication throughout and good price.

The team was very professional and they did the job in the time. They were so experienced. They provide me their best and cheap price and there was no hidden charges. I would really recommend you to use their services and make your move so smooth. Once again thanks to Europe Removal

Brian and the team provided excellent service throughout our moving process. From the provision of packing materials to the day of the move the team were always incredibly helpful and the move was seamless. 100% would use again.

Dreadful experience with this company. Communication was poor throughout and their English was extremely limited. The one guy who could speak English mainly used it to argue about the removal process. They damaged our antique furniture despite us making it very clear that these needed considerable protection. All they used was masking tape even though I called ahead to make sure they bought proper protective materials. They generally took little to no care with the majority of our stuff, constantly bumping furniture and dropping things. They just randomly chucked the stuff into rooms on the other side, making no effort to stack things neatly.

They also turned up in a van that was far too small meaning we were essentially held hostage to pay them an extra amount to finish the job.

They took a random lunch of 2 hours and then acted annoyed when we wanted them to start unpacking earlier. In the end we were glad to see the back of them. They made the day more stressful than it needed to be.

There is a place for cheaper removal quotes in London and we have had good experiences with other companies at a similar price range. We’ve learnt our lesson but if you care about your property then don’t use this company unless it is for the minimum job of getting stuff from A to B.
