Europe Removal & Storage Ltd. Anmeldelser

This is a year late, but better late than never.
We had Europe Removals come and move us within the same village just over a year ago (in August 2022, but the site didn't let me put that date in). We booked them quite late but were very accommodating. On the day, they came and were extremely efficient. They did everything in a timely way. They were really lovely people too and shared their delicious lunch, that they got locally, with us, which was simply amazing and generous.
My only criticisms are incredibly minor, such as where they put some of the boxes was not in the best of places in the new house, like in front the windows, but frankly that really didn't matter. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.

Got the job done, very quick and efficient

4 vans loaded driven to Dorset and unloaded in one day and nothing broken or missing, recommend first class well done and thanks.

They turned up on time. The price is very competitive. They knew how to pack our furniture into storage. Got the job done swiftly and efficiently. We used them again four months later to remove furniture from storage in our new home same procedure repeated. I would recommend them.

The team has been professional, quick, polite. Nothing broken or damaged. No hidden costs.
Can't be happier!

Really great to work with. Highly professional and easy to communicate with

Moved with them last Sat with loads of heavy books. Despite the hard work, they are friendly, helpful, and took good care of my property. Thank you!

Damaged furniture and won’t compensate. Lied about insurance and now won’t answer!

Great service. Good price. Effective communication throughout the whole move.
Personally watched the trucks being packed and thought and care went into the process.

Brilliant service and great people to deal with. Prompt and very efficient with our move which involved two lutton vans and they loaded and unloaded our stuff in good amount of time.

What a stress free move! The whole team were efficient, working well together and determined to put all our items in the right rooms, rebuilding beds, cupboards and tables. All very polite, nothing was too much bother. Recommend!

I had an excellent experience with these guys. On the day, they were unable to provide the large van but turned up with two smaller vans and more men than I expected. All 4 guys worked so hard, they were quick, protected my belongings and nothing was broken or damaged. Khan co-ordinated everything, he checked I was happy with the work they were doing and was very accommodating throughout the day. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this removals firm - they recently packed and moved our family home, and the team were absolutely brilliant, really efficient and polite and did an excellent job. It really took the stress out of moving, especially having the furniture dismantled and assembled each end! Great communication with the office too, and no hidden costs.

So professional and efficient. Not to mention cheerful and kind. Had a bad experience elsewhere last time I moved but these folks. They are the absolute best. Moved from London to Yorkshire today. I’m tucked up in bed. Comfy. And so relieved that I chose this company. From the first contact to the final goodbye. Nothing but the best service.

They are the best
So organised and quick and trusty 👌 I introduced them to my friends and I hope I don’t need to move again but if I did I definitely use this company again .

very professional and efficient friendly staff. Well organized and communication management. Definitely use this company again.

Excellent service from this company. They completed a long move in time, were courteous, efficient and entirely professional in their work. They did a very good job and left me no room for any sort of complaint whatsoever. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Really helpful, on time and took great care with everything and all really lovely lads went above and beyond to make sure everything was done before leaving and also managed to navigate very narrow roads and steep hills to get to our new place. Highly recommend but make sure to keep in mind that if you pay bank transfer it has to be 5 working days before the move (this is in the T&Cs but I had missed it so had to scramble to get enough in cash on the morning :) )

These movers were excellent. They visited the property first and estimated correctly the amount of lorry space we would need. Their communication was very good and it was a real pleasure to be moving house alongside such helpful and friendly movers. You could tell they were experienced and well managed. They worked well as a team and there was a lot of good will and warmth. We would definitely use them again!

Excellent company, very reliable with an extremely professional service. We moved from Chiswick to Putney, all boxes and furniture ( including a table-tennis table and a lot of fragile garden pots) were handled with care and beds were dismantled, transported and put back together again competently. The team made the moving process stress-free and provided a 5 star door-to-door service. Communication was clear and commendable throughout. I have no hesitation highly recommending this company.
