Was happy to pay the initial parking fine of £60.00 if they could show me legal documents they were allowed to issue fine which I believe was public land. I still believe is a scam and I won’t call the number up and pay by phone with my card details. I would be happy to pay through my bank. Now they still send letters asking for now £160.00 before it goes to court. Provide the documentation I’ve asked for and I will give you you £60.00. Otherwise I will see you in court.

My wife entered one of their carparks on 26/10/24. She saw the signs and left the carpark to go elsewhere. The camera took the first picture at 10.24, and the second at 11.24 despite her literally turning the car around. I suspect it was something to do with the hour change that weekend! We provided them with photographic evidence from the parking company at Costa, who confirmed that the car was actually on their carpark when the first picture was taken, and hence that our 'story' was true. Apparently, this was insufficient evidence! Looking forward to court, and my costs for wasted time will be far higher than their parking fine!

I didn't realise i received an letter for PCN until the 22/12/2024 i was fined in the 6th November 2024 (£60)as i was't parked correctly in bay i have tired to get in touch with Euro parking services no joy so i have written to them as i have said its unfair i have been charged for 10 min stay at Cape in Macdonalds and i'm sure plenty of people get the same letter l

Just received a Parking Charge Notice ‘Final Reminder’ from this outfit demanding £100, which was interesting given I never actually received their original notice? A simple google search on Euro Parking Services reveals this scenario is seemingly very common and experienced by many around the country. Not great really…

Cameras not picking up the fact I paid two visits to Sainsbury's that day 7,12 24, sent me a fine which I have no intention of paying, was there at 10.15 with the wife, and came back later approx 16.00 saying I was there seven hours. I also went to Iceland in this time and my wife was not with me second visit, Don t know if the letter is a scam or not but not paying any fines. I have proof my car was on my drive between 11. 00 and 15 .40 with a neighbours cameras, can,t wait for the court case to reveal this.

I recently parked outside a solicitors office on a Saturday, well I say outside, I was half a car width outside it. Needless to say that the solicitors was closed as it was a Saturday and the shutters firmly down, meaning i had not impacted either the solicitors trade or the ability for their staff to park.

I remained here for a whole 8 minutes and 40 seconds (as per the photographs supplied by the company)

Having read the reviews of this company I will appeal it and no doubt it will be unceremoniously rejected.

Though it is no issue, they will have to justify in court how 1 metre width of car has impacted enough to warrant £60. Especially given you can see on the photo that another 3 cars could have easily parked next to me.....so I wouldn't exactly call it infringement....I look forward to your explanation of how I have caused a detriment to a closed solicitors that doesn't offer a 24 hour 7 day a week service?!

My wife was expecting and went to get her medicine while she was sitting in the car, there was small notice on the gate that few spaces are reserved for church, nothing else visible, though am living 2 streets down and never see any notice of parking been manage by Thugs, Appealed but refused straight away , no compassionate or kindness,
Hopefully will fight in local court or where ever i have to go, injustice

Bullying scum. So my daughter entered a car park that she uses everyday for university. Recently, she entered the car park after heavy overnight snow, covering the car park completely, therefore rendering the marked bays invisible. She Parkes around 9am until 4pm most days. On the said day. The snow stopped around mid morning and turned to rain, which obviously cleared the snow. This had revealed that she was slightly over the marked bay line, which to be fair, was good effort as she could not see the lines when she arrived. Obviously they sent her a PCN but surprise surprise they sent pictures once the snow had cleared. Please tell me how you are supposed to park within the bays if you can’t see the lines. Appeal was thrown out, I doubt they even read it as someone with common sense would have checked cctv and seen the condition of the car park when she arrived. Absolutely bullying scum. Well I got news for you arseh@@@s she ain’t paying no fine, I’m not allowing it. We will take it to court and watch you get laughed out of the building. Embarrassing company. We know what happens to bullies!!!!

I park for 10 min and they took 10 pictures and I am disabled I cannot sit down more the 20 min .that’s why I park there and I didn’t now there was a camera at luna shop in Leeds it’s Completely closed so they charge me 160£ to pay the ticket and I don’t have to eat so from where I will bring that money. and I Called them to pay monthly they said I need to pay it all. It was 60 now they are 160£ cos I Delay for 2 month it not fear like that .

Rubbish and disgusting company! They took about 10 photos of me parking my car in the fenced area using a disabled card... I avoid the avoided liter area, you can see in the photo that there are about two or three large trash cans, I stopped 2 meters away, claiming I was unwell, and there was a lot of nervousness, appeals, etc., illegal measures. There is a sign saying you can't park there. There are two or three large trash cans in the area marked with the sign. Just update: My appeal was rejected because I was going in the wrong direction, not the BP shop. Now I have independent appeal for them scammers!!! Looks like accepting i don’t parked where sign, but quickly changed “I left my car other ways “Absolutely disgusting behaviour disability and human discrimination. pcn 3033138

This company operates at the marina where my boat is berthed. We were asked to give the marina our car registrations so that we would be exempt parking charges. Despite giving our registrations, I've just received a PCN from this company. Of course I will not be paying. What a bunch of money-grabbers!

When I parked my wife’s Darcia Sandero at 33118 Earlham Hotel Car Park Norwich the ANPR there identified that car as a white Mercedes. I have the screen shot evidence of this which I presented to Euro Parking Services but they dismissed it as insufficient proof. I also called to pay over the phone and the number plate was that of a white Mercedes. There is no option to pay cash to park at this location so the two options available were floored making it impossible for me to make a payment for parking.
I have appealed to the IAS and written a complaint letter to Euro Parking Services Customer services all responses justified the issuing of the ticket.
I am appealing to The Trading Standards to check this company out as they are exploiting facility users.There are a lot of people who have written reviews here with almost similar issues on parking fines.
I personally feel robbed by Euro Parking Services on this occasion.
They have a generic response to complaints referring complainants to call them on 08451210065 which is not a free number to call.
If sincere, why not give people a free phone number?

I have been working on my Mothers Property for the last year and we were assured by the building management company that parking was not enforced. I received a fine from Euro Parking Services for parking in my own Mothers designated bay! On trying to appeal the fine Euro Parking Services online appeal form will not submit - surprise, surprise! I'm not surprised that Euro Parking Services have 100% negative reviews - as they are a morally unprincipled company preying on whoever they can.

Disgusting. Parked for not even 3 minutes got out of the car saw the shop was closed read the sign to say can’t park there only customers can. Got back in car to move it all within 3 minutes now have a fore court action and a £160 fine. How is that allowed you get 10 minutes leeway with council to read signs. I’m sorry I’m not superwoman and can read at the speed of sound. Appealed got standard reply. How is a £160 fine just for 3 minutes.
They say on letter respond within 14 days and surprise surprise the email they have given doesn’t exist lol absolute joke should be ashamed !

I am completely discusted the way I have been treated regarding this company yes I made a mistake buy parking for a couple of minutes now trying to rip me of with a 100.00 pound fine as I tryed to explain that I'm going threw a very difficult time at the moment with loosing my dear wife threw a very tragic accident and where on earth do they think that you can raise this kind of money this is making me very stressed and unwell

Absolutely appalling bully boy tactics, abusing vulnerable people who then pay instead of defending their legal rights. This company will never take you to court, they use that threat to try and get vulnerable to pay. If they do issue proceedings counter sue them for £10000 in fees for having to deal with them the court regularly awards damages if you turn up and they don’t. They are an absolute joke and evil scum. The judiciary hates having these cases come before them, and regularly criticize these companies

Absolute joke, they disregard anything you say in the one appeal you can make! 06:45 in the morning there a matter of minutes waiting for a gate to be opened. the kiosk they state I should have 'paid at' was inside a building that doesn't open till 08:00.
They don't deserve 1 star.....

I'd like to thank Euro Parking Services for their meaningless response to my previous review - which doesn't address the issue I had or the fact I HAD paid for parking .... definitely a case for TrustPilot introducing a Zero (or less) rating.
Also going to complain to the landowner and suggest Euro Parking Services is negatively affecting their hotel's customer experience.

I parked for less than 3 mins, had the engine on. I didn't receive the original pcn in the post but received a final reminder for £100 instead! There is no way to appeal or email them! I sent a letter to them via recorded delivery making an complaint and they have received it I can see through tracking! They are thieves and con artists! Their standards and procedures need to be inspected and investigated by the authorities!

As this abhorrent company has never received other than one star reviews, I'm sure if there were an option to award zero they'd clean up, how is it they have an overall atrocious rating of 1.3 ? I'm sure the directors of this scam company won't give a flying _---k but in the interests of accuracy Trustpilot please respond. Thank you.
