Used this place a few times now. Good on price on what I needed, low threshold for free delivery and Paul and Aiden couldn't be more helpful.

1st time ordering from this company and couldn’t fault their customer service. Ordered upvc skirting boards and were delivered to me by my local store the next day. The driver aiden is an absolute credit to his company. He went above and beyond to help me out. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great customer service and advice from the whole team (Aiden, Paul, Luke and John the driver). Friendly, polite staff. Went out of their way to help. Purchased fascia board, soffits and guttering, all at an excellent price. Would highly recommend.

From the moment I made contact with the branch in Stoke on Trent (ST5), the whole team from Luke, Paul, Paul and Aiden were extremely helpful. A special mention has to go to Aidan Charters Lovett at this branch who went above and beyond to help me out. Left quite distressed with a badly fitting, gap filled front door and side panels by a shoddy tradesman - Aiden could not have done anymore for me. From advising on the type and length of trims required to finish the job to putting me in contact with someone who could actually complete the job off for me, he was an absolute Godsend from start to finish! I am sooo grateful to him for all his help and advice and hope the company realises what a credit he is to them! He certainly went above and beyond and deserves recognition for his customer service skills!
The only negative about the company Eurocell is that you can’t take card payments over the phone!!

Helpful guys, call a spade a spade and have patience when describing an accurate picture of the products and accessories you need to complete your required job.

Still waiting for window boards for 5 weeks after ordering them, had to message them for a update & not heard from them in over 2 weeks. Why let you order them if they are not in stock!

Ordered online but not longer after ordering I was contacted by phone from my nearest branch (Stoke) and given an estimated delivery date. On the delivery day I was phoned again and told when to expect the driver. Super service even though the driver was a Port Vale supporter! COYP!

Ordered fence panels via website and received order acknowledgement, then heard nothing about delivery for a week.
Chased supplier at 7 days then chased again after 12 days.
Panels arrived without any prior notice of delivery on day 13.
Communication from local depot (Stoke) very poor.
