Poor after sales service
The products I received were great, unfortunately not all my order was in stock at the time of collection. Despite the web site stating they were in stock. I was told that I would be notified when they were in stock. Some 4-5 weeks later I still have not heard a thing.

I think Eurocell is very good because their prices are very competitive and the staff at the Stockton branch are really helpful and I always have a good chat with them when I go in about new products and deals. John and Roy are the backbone of eurocell. 💪💪💪 Well done lads.

I have a trade account with Stockton branch , John , James and Roy are amaxing people , nothing is too difficult , they are professional , kind , helpful . Going not just that extra mile , going above and beyond . Please visit this branch as they will make sure you get the item you need even if it costs them an around trip miles away to another branch ! Honestly I can’t praise them enough

Great experience with Eurocell
I think Eurocell is very good because the website was fast, it was easy to find the product I needed and when I collected in store the guys on shift were very helpful

Had to chase area salesmanager when…
Had to chase area salesmanager when Item bought at 2 depots varied significantly then what I was charged was incorrect.prices advertised in promotional flyers are not what you pay.still waiting weeks later for follow up email about query.useless .

Consistently good product and service.
As a building company we do a lot of trade with Eurocell. Their staff are friendly, well informed and helpful. There can be a lot of detail to understand in specifying a door or window, they will take you through it and never patronise.
On the few occasions when something turns up damaged or wrong they are quick to sort it out and get it right.
Their products are consistently of a good quality and well priced.
