Ordering process for sash windows is poor and needs improvements, have to go to branch to fill an order form in.
Filled it in on Thursday at depot, rang next day to chase up and was told I wouldn’t get a price until Monday.
Called into the depot on Tuesday after chase email sent on Monday got no reply.
A staff member had to dig out a hand written quote that was on a clipboard with others. I wouldn’t of received the quote had I not called into branch

Paul&Phil couldn’t have been more helpful,with there expertise & knowledge with the product i was looking for

Brilliant company had everything we needed in stock and free delivery which was a great bonus will definitely recommend 👍

Fences look great really happy with them, when calling them you can get an update on delivery

Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced

I ordered a few items online at nighttime and received notification early the next morning that they were ready for collection. I was served by a very pleasant member of staff and will use Eurocell again.

Website a little clunky but works. Great product range and the depot deliver promptly, giving you a call to tell you they've been if you're not home.

I think Eurocell is very good because it caters for all your home improvement projects both inside and out at very competitive prices. The customer service is key, the lads at Kingfisher Business Park couldn't have helped me anymore than they did,band that's why I'll be using Eurocell again and again.
