Registered for an account , this was fairly simple but not immediate. Then when I logged on if found that the items were cheaper as a guest !
I ordered this way , then I was not contacted regarding delivery and the goods appeared left in my driveway the following day as I was not at home .

Placed the order. No feed back as to when i would recieve my goods. After a total of 29 phone calls in one day to see what was happening i had to start the next day telephoning again to see what was happening finally got told i would get a phone call to say i would find out on monday or tuesday the following week what was happening. But wednesday morning had to start continous phone calls to see what was happening. I spoke to the guy in the stores who was so sorry for my inconvenience, but explained he was on his own. So to be honest i put all blame on inexperienced management above him. SO TO BE BLUNTLY I WOULD never buy from eurocell again and im still waiting for my order

I think Eurocell is very good because my Irvine branch is very well stocked, and the gentleman there has a wealth of knowledge and is always professional in his approach.

Process from Sale to Build was really easy and seamless, salesman Paul came out and explained the build process in detail, he was really nice and wasn't pushing for a sale at all and helped me select the style that would suit my requirements best, he even popped in on build day to see the progress which was nice. Turnaround from Sale to build was within a month and the Installers Glen and Des were great, they were later arriving but did let me know this in advance due to delays on their other job. To make up for this they worked really hard to get the build finished by the tight deadline.

Staff are very helpfull and guide you on the products also try to help you as much as possabe on all the products

Went into branch in Reddish was told had gone up to £185.Goodbye
