Ordered online and was contacted by the local branch who had identified I had ordered the wrong bits for what I was trying to achieve. Advised me what I did need and how to change my order. Brilli... Vis mer

Eurocell please explain why buying on line is 20% cheaper than at the depot ???

Having received my orders which I paid at Dundee dept, I was confused at the pricing ? .I then looked up Trustpilot and was amazed at the amount of complaints.

I then went back and checked my invoices and ALL of them have anomalies !

There seems to be a current invoice charge of add up item costs , plus 20% Vat and THEN ANOTHER 20% on the total ? And even then the FINAL numbers DO NOT add up correctly !.

There seems to be a confusion of a "£material surcharge of 20% added on top of the VAT ...BUT !! ..when ordering on line , which I have just done for the same materials , the final requested price was only reqested for the SAME item plus only ONE 20% for VAT ?

Eurocell can you explain this , or are you promoting that if you purchase "on line" as opposed to the depot you can save 20 % ????

Would suggest all other readers check their old invoices.

Sorry to hear about the confusion re this. Our surcharges are applicable across all items, whether in store or online. Online its built into the price, in branch its listed as a separate charge. Full info can be found here https://www.eurocell.co.uk/updates

In terms of invoices having anomalies, this is an issue which we were aware of & has now been fixed, however, if you still have invoices which are showing incorrectly, we can make arrangements to correct these. If you could email the order numbers affected to onlineorders@eurocell.co.uk we can look to rectify.
