It was so easy to order on line but for the first time today i went into eurocell in colchester and the staff were very very helpful the sort of place i would purchase from again.

Helpful staff nothing to munch they go out of there way to help you.

Excellent customer service, good communication and really happy with the products. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the website does not tell you that the items were not in stock and we would therefore not get a quick delivery and had to wait a week, however all other aspects were brilliant.

I searched extensively for 50mm insulation panels, I only needed 4 but because of the size I had to have them delivered, everywhere else wanted a large order for free shipping or a huge delivery fee. These guys were a good price for the product and free delivery. Great service and great value. Thank you.

Placed a order on Wednesday was told delivery would be Thursday never come then told Friday part delivery come was told it would be delivered Monday no show and was too it would be today now they don’t no when the outstanding order will be sent won’t be using this company again

Easy to order, had what I needed.
Bought a 470mm drain riser which stated it came with the sealing ring but when I picked up there wasn’t one!!
One guy said it’s extra which is not what the website said as it clearly states supplied with!! The other guy went out back and found one, So all good in the end. Also much better price than other suppliers 👍🏻

I think Eurocell is very good because the prices are very competitive. The staff at the Colchester branch are amazing. Great knowledge, very helpful. Delivery staff are just as good, delivering product exactly where needed.

Was a great supplier, but alot of staff have left at Colchester and just delivery drivers on counter who are unable to assist. Its been 10 days since asked for a price.. also been 3 weeks waiting for replacement for faulty part. Phone sounds like its off the hook. Not good enough please get your act together.

OMG update... It gets worse not better as ordered composite door and it's damaged, also wrong rubber style fitted in flush sash window! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered fascia’s, soffits and guttering for my garage, delivered free of charge the next day. Fantastic service and when I needed some additional trims, click and collect worked a treat, ready for collection within 20 minutes on a Saturday morning. Perfect.

Good delivery driver, right product on time for installation.

Still haven't received my order from 17th March is now 12 April. Considering website says 3 days pretty poor show. When asked they were awaiting items to come from distribution centre.

Competitive pricing, realistic deliveries on non stock items. Always very helpful. great product choice.
