Ordered a couple of 5m lengths of fascia board online for a project. The boards were delivered within hours of ordering to my great surprise. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again!

The order was in state of processing all the way until it got delivered, so had no indication when it would be delivered and so I wasn't in where I would have seen that one part of the order was broken. Luckily I only need one of them out the four in the pack, but still quality checking is lacking

Said they would contact me in 3days to sort delivery took 6 days and a wk to deliver my items ands then once it came just didnt have any wrapping on the skirting board and scratch’s in a few areas

Just a really easy shopping experience. Ordered on-line and paid, then collected. No waiting around, just quick and simple.

On first visit the day after ordering, was told item was out of stock and being collected from another branch.
Should really say " Not in stock at this branch" when ordering online, so I could have arranged collection from elsewhere.
Item finally arrived the next day (2 days after ordering)

I think Eurocell is very good because the customer service is second to none at Chesterfield branch
