Eurocell plc - Cambridge Anmeldelser 

Ordered facia on the 7th June and was called to ask how urgent it was. I said a defined delivery day was more important than speed so we agreed on 15th. Got a call on the afternoon of the 15th saying it had been missed off the van and it would be delivered on the 16th. Come the 16th and someone delivered a box of accessories but still no facia board. I’m now told delivery on the 17th. Terrible service from Eurocel.

This is the first time that I have used Eurocell and the entire task of working with this company has been excellent. From calculating the amount of decking required right through to an excellent delivery. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. In particular I would like to thank Eden O'Carroll for her professionalism and going the extra mile to ensure that I have been able to complete the job. Excellent team, excellent communication. Would not hesitate to recommend Eurocell.

I received a quote from Wickes and googled the product which identified Eurocell as a supplier. Contacting the Cambridge I was dealt with by Eden who provided a competitive quote (saved over £500!) and allowed a flexible delivery date. Throughout the process I fired questions to Eden and were expertly answered. Delivery was today and the driver was what you hoped, friendly chatty and good advert for the company. Would definitely use the company again.

I over looked so many things. These guys took my delicately by the hand and whispered sweet nothings to me whilst helping me not feel like a fool for not having a clue what actually need.

They could’ve very easily took advantage and charged me for products I didn’t need.

Although stock level indicated stock was available,i turned up at the branch to purchase item but your staff would not sell it because it had apparently been reserved for another customer. How can this happen? you either have the stock available or not. Stock still showing as available
as I write this review! Very disappointed

They guys were really helpful. Got me everything I needed and helped me cut and load it.

Ordered 3 items, 2 of them were delivered on time,
3 rd item have had to wait over a week for, no communication from deliver company as to why item has been delayed, rang eurocell to find why item delayed, just told item not in, luckily this has not held up project, but will not be using eurocell again, as a weeks delay could of had a massive inpmact on time scale

I was served at the counter by Nikki, he was very helpful and knowledgable and helped me understand the benefits of all the products I could use and price was very competitive.
