I changed from brass to chrome fittings and trying to buy a chrome door handle for our composite front door proved to be quite difficult, they were all too big or too small.
Gulam emailed a company for us and we got there eventually, but what was best was the communication that I had all the way through the process.
He went above and beyond to help.
All the other staff in the shop are also helpful and friendly.

Easy transaction and good quality product,only problem was a mix up with the branch the fencing was coming from which was on the other side of London to me,But the guys in Bermondsey were very helpful and it was all sorted.

Bermondsey worst rude staff, swear over the phon, no manners or customer service skills.

Still after two weeks haven’t received my delivery as they haven’t a van???
