So I couldn't find what I needed on your website, so I called your Ashton Branch and spoke to the most amazingly helpful young lady. She told me the options of the sizes of the colour of architrave I was looking for, searched the stock and as I don't have an account I couldn't reserve and pay for it. However, the young lady gave me the product code and description I would see to order and pay on line. She then went to explain she would sort the order out tomorrow morning and it would be ready for me when I receive the notification. She was cheerful, helpful amd very clear with the information given. Tongue in cheek, but she does deserve a pay rise - if only everyone was so helpful.

Took longer than advertised and when delivered didn't even press the ring door bell left the delivery in the front garden where anyone could take it
