Avoid - poor service. Incorrect invoices sent multiple times, sent me someone else’s personal details, spellings incorrect, even had to tell them they undercharged me at one point (wish I hadn’t been so honest Now).
Not ready on agreed date so had to drive and collect from London to have them in time for school trip and to top it all off, spellings mistakes only corrected on some personalisation places and not others on the actual hoodies.

Disappointed children, waste of money and Will never use them again.

I was really pleased with the service and the quality of the personalised towels that I ordered. It was quite a complicated order, but it was spot on.
There was a slight mix up with delivery dates, but they came to the rescue and delivered the order to my front door.
Would definitely use them again.

BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

Stole my bank details after placing an order over the phone and then used my bank details to have a night out on the town in London! Oh and my order..... nope.... did not arrive when it should have.

I have had other customers contacting me with the same after hearing about my experience.

FAKE REVIEWS HOW FUNNY - do not believe the good reviews you read on Google either. Take a closer look and you will see that these were posted by a fake company as these reviewers must have some lavish lifestyle leaving 5 star reviews all over the country!! look into it yourself and you will see.

There is neither 'Ethic' or 'Star' service from this dirty, corrupt scamming company

Absolutely shocking service, dire communication, awful quality, zero after sales. Massive rip off! Will only refund if threatened with Court action and then demand articles returned first, and then STILL don't refund even after signing for receipt of returned items, and then just stop replying to emails! Avoid avoid avoid. They don't deserve any stars or rating but this review site won't let me give zero stars! Next step Trading Standards and a Money Online Claim.

placed an order of t-shirts and sent the wrong colour and one that was faulty.sent a number of emails and phoned them twice keep getting fobbed of with customer services saying they will pass it on to customer services and they will email me back a week later still no reply.such a shame as wanted to order big orders for my business but not anymore.will be giving trading standards a phone call.

Ethic Star..... Not so ethical.....
Placed order with short deadline for delivery, promised that they could and would deliver for my deadline... No sign of my t-shirts on delivery and now have to let down 42 children due to Ethic Star's inability to supply. They have just taken my money and run!!!
I have had to follow up my order every day as they seem to dislike actually talking to people - responding via email only. When I did manage to get hold of someone in the Sales department they couldn't provide me with my order tracking number, or give me any indication as to where my order was. So I am now left with nothing to give to 42 children.
Disgusted is the understatement. Such a shame in this day and age that they didn't have the foresight to be honest with me initially as they have left me no option but to pass this feedback through all social media outlets.
Being a Manager of Rugby & Football Squads, this could have been a lucrative deal for Ethic Star, but I sure as hell WON'T EVER use them again.
I am sure I will find a company that will provide me with a satisfied customer experience as well as the goods I order now and for the clubs I represent in the future.

my aprons arrived within days and looked amazing and very professional with the logo embroidered onto a very smart washed out denim fabric. This had been a fairly last minute order and I wanted them for a special occasion but this has not compromised on the quality. I am really pleased with them and they were really reasonably priced.

Twice we have ordered from this company and they have got the orders wrong. Been waiting over a week for them to collect wrong itens sent, cusomer service is a joke. Will not use again

Great service came next day through DPD courier and products were reasonably good for the price tag we paid

Communication was a little choppy and messy at times, but once the order was made and payment sent it was produced and delivered exceptionally quickly!

I ordered around 250 personalised sweatshirts from EthicStar. There quality was very good and the design came out just as we planned it to be. Communication was very good with the company and the order was on time and there were no mistakes in the names of all the sweatshirts.The cost was also quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use in future.

I ordered a personalised hoodie and t-Shirt and PAID for both. The hoodie arrived and my email was put down wrong on the hoodie and the tshirt never arrived. So i sent them an email and still not resolved this. Been about a month and a week now! I am not very happy. Then i get an email saying my order has now been cancelled which i never did! I am not happy and still waiting for my money back that they told me I'd be getting! NOT VERY HAPPY!!!

Never, ever use this company to buy anything. I have been trying for 2 months to purchase 22 onesies from this company. Endless mistakes in orders they sent through, items disappearing off the order without being told, as they didn't have the size. When the order was finally placed I got an email to say they didn't have any small onesies. I asked about another colour, but apparently they had no small in any colour. I was told a 3 week wait for a restock. Today i am being told it is a further 6 weeks for restock.
I have now given up on ever receiving anything from this company and have to tell 22 disappointed children that they can't have their onesie. I buy numerous clothing items as part of my role and have never experienced such poor customer service before

Original order never arrived, replacement was sent after several emails but the embroidered towel was thin and really poor quality. Disappointed, would not reorder!

Absolutely brilliant quality. They were straightforwards, easy to deal with and thorough in their work. The hoodies for my wedding were exceeding my expectations and arrived within the given time frame - would definitely re-use!

Have used many times for university merchandise orders. Reliable, quick and by far cheapest on the market. They produce high quality stuff that everyone loves.

We were let down by a supplier and had to meet a committed deadline. Luckily, we found ethicstar, they were keen to help. Particularly, their sales member Adam, who's a star. He not only met the stated deadline, but also gave us better prices than our previous supplier. Keep up with the great work Adam and team!
