Prompt delivery and item as advertised

Advertize one product (high quality) but send another. I've just got a glue T-7000 from them. Instead of superb famous Zhanlida, which they advertise, they delivered some other 3rd brand, which I cannot rely on.
However, they have issued refund without claiming the glue back so i changed 1 star to 3 stars here.

They responded very quickly to my package not arriving, it turned up eventually. My postal service is rubbish NOT the Seller's fault as it was despatch the very next day. Many thanks E-TECH61.

Excellent service, great products, decent prices, and a quick turnaround.

I do think they should should slow down their automated emails demanding reviews until the article[s] have been received and the customer has had a chance to use the purchase.

I never received my order

I received the wrong item. I tried to contact the company three times, via email and their website, with no response. I will be contacting my credit card company.

Needed replacement battery for Samsung Galaxy A10. Worried about cheap equivalents and Fake Samsung branded ones. Chose this company over Amazon etc as thought they wouldn't want to wreck their good name selling bad stuff. Gamble paid off!! Received an equivalent that fits perfectly, and when I compared the new and old original Samsung original battery found they were both made by the same Chinese manufacturer so are the same after all. Very Pleased.

I always buy from your company as the service is excellent and quick shipping too.

Terrible customer service. Order a replacement screen but they sent the wrong one. It took a month for them to process a returns form. Now two months on and still waiting for a refund

The "Rainforest" wanted £25 for a replacement screen for their own tablet. I needed 2 because my kids like to use them as makeshift sledgehammers. Not only did e-Tech61 charge a fraction of the price but they had it in Royal Mail the same day and through my letterbox 2 days later. If I wanted that kind of treatment from the other crowd I'd have had to sign up for "Rainforest Optimus". At least with E-Tech61 I got to keep my soul and firstborn child.

Sold me a faulty part and not responding, Looking at other reviews it seems this happens a lot I would stay clear and look for other options
