I had an issue with my landing page and I sent a request to the company for a solution.
I received a prompt response from customer care and he sent some videos of how to deal with the situation.
I was then able to overcome the problems.

Products never delivered 100% or…
Products never delivered 100% or on-time. Once you pay for something, you go down a rabbit-hole of constant upgrades. Programs that were supposed to be lifetime and closed off forever, keep popping up again, but 5X more expensive, and if you don't "upgrade", you lose your previous "lifetime" access... selective answers on customers questions/concerns and if you dare to ask, well you get kicked out.

In building my website, I made a couple wrong turns and veered off course a bit but he got me back on the right track. He promptly answered my questions and helped me to correct the issues.
