STAY FAR AWAY! again, STAY FAR AWAY! I have used several systems to sync POS systems and the internet to operate retail store locations. This seems ok to start, but once you begin to actually use the features, nothing works, nothing syncs, reports are not accurate. I spent over 6 months with customer support and over 250 emails and they could not fix any of the problems that restricted the system from operating correctly. They will not offer refunds and will not supply you with a product that works. again, STAY FAR AWAY!

Their POS is okay, not great. But their MSI module is soo bad, I could write a book about it! We gave them feedback for more then 3 years but everytime they made an update something else broke. It was really horrible! With this experience we didn't have a lot of patience with their POS since it needed a major fix. A fix which never came so we decided to also stop using the POS. The first line helpdesk, Amy, Natalie, Grace are great nothing bad about those girls but their tech team....UNBELIEVABLE BAD!!!

Fantastic service from start to finish.

After a long winded over complicated initial meeting awith another supplier I gave up and went on the search for another supplier of a POS. I then found ConnectPOS and wish I had found them sooner.

Everhything was straight forwrd and within around 5 days everything was up and running and the service from day one has been great.

Fast and informative help setting up a POS solution for my store.

The system is clean and easy to use, but my payments processing through Stripe has never worked. Payments through Stripe works on my website and directly from the Stripe portal, but not in my point of sale.

I contacted support during off hours (they supposedly have 24/7 support) and they offer no help.

Instead they have asked me 3 times for my password. My password. To my payments system.

When I refused to give them the password to my point of sale system that includes sensitive financial data including my Stripe API key, they outright asked for my Stripe API key.

If you don't know the dangers in giving out a Stripe API key, just Google it... you are in for some horror stories.

Talk about scary and dangerous.

If I were an unsavvy user these a-holes could have drained my bank accounts and credit cards of my clients. And would have. You don't ask for someone's password and secret (financial) API keys unless you are committing severe financial fraud.

Amy was readily available throughout our install process, and patient while we figured all our configuration out. Thank you.

Its great pos and setup if you know what you are doing, the team is helpful the easiest integration is with dejavoo for the payment, it does the job and its great setup, easy allows you control everything.
and they are still working on it i have 3 customers with this pos, it was stressful in the begining the min i learned the pos it's awesome super customizable for what you need.

J'ai souvent pas envie de demander avec les pseudo IA pour vous répondre et ils ne comprennent rien, ils tournent en rond pour rien dire, chez Connect ils sont nickel, impec, rapide et mettent le doigt dessus d'office : un plaisir !!!!
