The money-backguaranteed is an absoute scam. It takes you to a page with a broken link. When I notified the company of this they did not fix it. They offered a full refund and, two weeks later, my emails are now being ghosted. No response when I chased them up. Pretty sad that a company would operate in this way. Not to be trusted.

I brought the magic cream and face scrub. I have never had sensitive skin but it is a little questionable if the products I used a natural. I had a feeling after using like things were crawling on my face, tiny little spots were appearing around my eye brow and really bad itching. I always use tiny amounts of any new product to see how it works but I can't use this at all. I have a new tub and almost full tub I can't use. The magic body scrub also made my skin feel strange. I love to support my people but this just never worked for me

Product does not work made the eczema on my teen worse as it does not have a cooling factor especially the body wash. Out of all the products my teen say the scrub and magix work okay. I also bought the facial set and it has not improve my skin and given me lots of spots. My account got charge with £20 subscription which I did not subscribe. They said it was non refundable. I cancelled subscription but try to log into my account and use benefits of my £20 taken it said that email does not exist which means they took my money, did not refund and remove my account before I can use the benefits even though their correspondence mentioned I have until the end of my month subscription to use the benefit.

This is quite bad. I always try to look at the best of a situation but in this case was quite disappointed.

They need a support group to improve their products and ethical approach. They have the right idea but bad execution.

Great products, great service. In the main I purchase the Winter Body Cream, its amazing, smells divine and lasts long and keeps my skin soft and moisturized! I have been buying from them for over a year and its because the products work and the company provide excellent service. I highly recommend!!

Have been buying their products for years now. My eczema prone skin ADORES the magix cream, scrub and the foam facial cleanser. Notice such a difference when using these. For people saying they're "scammers", that's absolute nonsense, and some clearly don't know how to read! You can VERY easily opt out of the monthly membership if you chose to do so!

This is my 3rd order. The product quality and quantity is amazing ( I bought magic cream foams cleanser, magic cream, summer and winter body creams, Face and body scrub).
Magic cream treated and heal my daughter (under 2yrs) mild eczema. I have recommended to my friend and she seconds it. Foam cleanser is such mild and soothing cleanser.summar and winter body creams are so pure am happy to use all natural products on my and my family. I had some issues with few funds and team has resolved it professionally and timely. What else one could ask for.

Ordered in January and received quickly. Think was 4/5 days. Pleased with product quality and packaging. After sales communication is good

I will not recommend this scammer company name Ava estell to no one ! I ordered the product who was in sales on October 2023 at $39.9999 after received the product they started to charge me $27each month when I find out they still didn’t pay my money back lies that I agreed to do long story short they are scammers

I didn't test out the products long enough to leave a review. My review is based on how I feel cheated with this company. I bought some items when it was on sale. It said delivered when it was not. I contacted customer service and after 3 days I got an email acknowledging it was an issue on their end that they will ship the products ASAP. I got my order few days later. Then I saw on my bank statement that I was charged another amount for membership which I NEVER signed up for. When I contacted customer service they told me the charges are non refundable so now I'm gonna dispute it through my bank. While I love to support black owned businesses, I will never shop from this shady company

The products are amazing and they really work you have to be consistent and patient . My second full bundle and my face feels and looks amazing ❤️ I have been using these products for two years now and it’s truly amazing.

This product doesn't work. They ask you to review a review all the time before the 14 days that they advertise that will start work. They set up a kind of subscription that you don't know what it is. After one month they take money from your account. My skin is the same. I'm pardan skin. I have good skin, i have a small dark skin under my left eye. Don't waste your money with them. They talk smooth and nice. It's a kind of African-speak to get your trust. NEVER AGAIN.

I will contact my PayPal to get my money refunded.

I tried this product for about 3 months hoping that it will help my daughter but it didn't. January the company took money from my account, I informed the company about this, they said I must have been one of their VIP. I didn't sign up for a VIP. I was not been refunded. Again today, this February, £20 is pending on my account, when I had complained and reported this.. THIS IS SCAM!!!!

Recently purchased a set from Ava Estell but quickly realised I had selected the wrong set after purchase. I sent an email to cancel and I received a timely response confirming they had cancelled my order.

I am grateful for their professionalism and look forward to be a long term customer of theirs.

Didn’t work at all
I had so much hope that the products would help but nothing happened.
I bought for hyperpigmentation issues.

I've always had problems with acne on the left side of my face. I use the magix cream consistently and everyone compliments me on my brighter complexion and well hydrated skin. The acne doesn't come anymore. I might get a couple when I'm on my period but that's hormonal so that can't be helped, even so, the breakouts aren't as bad as before I started using the product.

I honestly am so appreciative to Esmahan, thank you so much for your understanding, patience and resolving my issue!
