Beware of hidden £20 membership charge which they have refused to refund. Scam and a rip off. I am sure there are other people who have experienced this. Such a shame.

It's too early to tell if the products themselves actually work, however it's the sneaky £20 p/month membership that I didn't choose or even recall seeing while I placed my order thats earned this 1* review. I hate feeling ripped off especially by a black owned business. I don't seem to get anything for this money. I've emailed for a refund but so far no response. Very disappointed

Very disappointed! I purchased the skincare product to alleviate eczema on my hands, I took advantage of their boxing day sale. I haven't received my purchase, their customer service team have contacted to see whether I would like a replacement, I've requested a full refund, surprise, surprise I haven't received a response to my request 😕

I am happy with your products no doubt. I am also on a £20 monthly subscription but when I pay for the 3-5 days standard delivery, it takes more than 10 days before my goods arrive. I have ordered products since the 4th if January and until today I haven't had them. It's really frustrating.

love the cleanser, magic scrub and magic cream!!! All are long lasting products and very effective. My facial dark spots are stubborn but overall my skin looks better than before!

I have textured skin with hyperpigmentation concentrated on my chin and upper neck. I'm always very dubious about all the many different skin care products online promising many benefits that they simply do not deliver on. I have been using your complete facial care set for 5 days and simply put...WOW. My skin has not felt this smooth in years (no exaggeration). I will continue to use the products to fade the hyperpigmentation. I just really needed to express how wonderful your products have performed so far. I will definitely be purchasing again from you. I recently placed an order with this company 12/23/23 and STILL my items have not been shipped or any updates. I reached out to them 3 times and only received a response after THREATENING to dispute the charge to get my money back, stating they are having problems with their shipping company! They also placed something on my account through route that my items
was particularly delivered WHERE THO! NO TRACKING NUMBER AT ALL has been given from this company. This is SO U PROFESSIONAL and now I'm disputing my order through sizzle, I hate going through unnecessary things such as this with a NEW company to ME! I doubt I will ever order again.

I ordered some of their products only to be charged again the following month for another product. I questioned this and they said that I had joined a membership but agreed to refund my money. I asked to be shown proof of this. In response, they sent me out a copy of my order which did not explain/show how I joined the membership. But one thing it did show was that I accidentally put one of the same item in twice by mistake but they only sent me one of that item. I questioned this a couple of times and asked to be refunded for the second item not received but they have still not responded. I will not be ordering from yhe in the future. My order number is 267474.

I was a forever customer. I have bought many of products from this store. Now they won’t ship my products all of a sudden because they need my ID. They just lost a customer.

Products aren't working that great, no real change after using religiously for over 1 year

I love love love these products! I purchased pretty much everything for face and body care and they did not let me down. I've order about 3 times already and I just stocked up on the night cream as I use it in the morning and night. I will forever be a customer.

I've been using the products for over 2 years now and they are the best I've ever used. I have sensitive skin so was nervous trying these but am not disappointed at all. I get so many compliments on how clear and bright my skin is. I've recommended to loads of friends and they say the same.
The company is friendly too and treat you like a valued customer. Just be aware the magix cream melts is high temperatures so keep it out the sun and in a cool place.

Since buying Ava Estell there has been a slight difference to my skin (being soft and less greasy) however it will take time before the blemishes will clear. Overall it is a great brand; many appreciations to the company 😊🥰

I decided to give this company a try even though I was not 100% confident in the company or their products as I have been seeing a lot of mixed reviews. I placed my order and after weeks of no updates, I decided to reach out to the company via social media. I was informed that my order was not shipped because they need a copy of my ID. They claimed that they would understand if I wished not to provide my ID and that they would issue a full refund. I went ahead and requested a refund and I am currently waiting for this matter to be resolved. My issues so far is that (1) There was no mention of an ID requirement at the time of purchase. (2) prior to me reaching out, no one from the company took the initiative to contact me for ID but instead held onto the order for weeks.

50/50 experience. I LOVE LOVE their activating face scrub exfloiter. It is a bit dry so you need to wet up your hands first to make it into a scrub - but it works so well! Love how clean my face feels after.

However I was using the Magix Cream with it as well on my face and it broke me out soo bad! Like I didn't want to believe it was this product but once I stopped using it, the breakouts calmed down. I have combination skin so I think the Cream was just too heavy/greasy on my face & was seriously clogging up on pores. I now only use it on my arms where I have a little bit of eczema and it seems to be doing the trick. But as far as putting it on my face again - it is a HUGE no no from me!

Again, really do love the activating scrub though :)

Noticing a difference after 10 days of use. These skin products are the best I’ve ever used.

I have not looked back since trying my first tin of Magic Cream. The honey facial scrub is giving me a radiant shine. These products really help my skin to remain healthy. Now the winter months are upon us, I'm covering myself with the Winter Body Cream. I love the fact that there is no need to top up till after my next bath/shower. These products really bring out my sensory motor skills, and I just love them.
