Service and delivery v good

This garden owl was a great find, the detail is amazing and it looks great in the garden, so much so that we’ve ordered one of the other owls to go with it!

A great addition to the front garden and a good height. The finishing could have been better but appreciate they are hand made so can't be perfect. Overall pleased with the purchase

I bought organic chamomile water before from another company that smelled artificial, there is no comparison with this one I got from essential boutique, you can see that it is really the plant, authentic.

I am a repeat purchaser because when I used commercially produced products I found them 'chemical'. There is just no comparsion to the natural feel and moisturising effect of these natural products. Also the service is excellent. Prompt and very responsive to requests for special blends. For example, I got the body butter WITHOUT the cocoa but with extra Vit E oil. I know I am not being exposed to parabans etc. These are the products I would love to make myself, but I don't have to! Also it is very cost effective. Highly recommended.

Really lovely rosewater hydrosol which is very gentle on my sensitive skin. I've tried other kinds of rosewater but none as good as this. Always comes very well packaged with sustainable/recycled packing.

The web site is well laid out and easy to manage. Order arrives very quickly.
I know your company is aiming to delivery ecco friendly packaging, the labels on the bottles needs reviewing. As currently the labels get defaced after a couple of uses, as the ointment is lovely and greasy and spreads very well. I cello taped the labels to avoid defacing from my greasy hands.

Good product that gives a nice shave. It originally caught my eye because I was trying to avoid aerosol cans or any kind of plastic packaging.

Beautiful statues much better than expected.

La texture des beurres était liquide, pas du tout comme sur la photo . C'était plus un lait pour le corps qu'un beurre fouetté.
De plus les produits n'avaient pas du tout le parfum de chocolat ni de rose.
Et un des produits contient du phenoxyethanol, ce qui n'était pas mentionné sur le site.
Sans parler du délai de livraison très long et les frais beaucoup trop chers.
Je suis déçue je m'attendais à mieux.

I discovered Essential Boutique via Etsy sometime in 2021. At the time I was struggling with severe skin issues- post covid. I healed myself naturally- inside and out by following a strict elimination diet, in addition to using some amazing products designed to heal inflamed skin, reducing scars gradually.
Two of these products were from Essential Boutique and I can't recommend them enough.
I used sulphur paste(100% natural), and a face balm(oil method 100%- natural face/cloth wash).
I have since became a regular customer, constantly purchasing the face balm(I no longer need the sulphur paste, as I have completely healed since beginning of 2022.
I normally purchase the same face balm and each time I order a bulk of products, I receive a surprise gift for which I am extremely grateful for.
Essential Boutique is a small, family owned company with big values. The most vital ingredient hidden in their products is love. And what beats that?
I highly recommend.
