I have been using this product for some time now and throughly enjoyed 😉 this oil brilliant and wonderful 👏 Waiting for my next order looking forward to it arrival. I am now 64 and still using Essence of Argan 😍

I had a great experience with this company. No issues when ordering products and I used the Argan face cream and fell in love with it.

I never received my order ORDER #29156
still waiting but I now received a message about a order confirmation this is ridiculous and fraudulent I would like to be removed from this subscription that is a fraud charge me shipping for a product that was never received and then wants to charge my card again this is ridiculous

I cancelled this months ago and u are still sending and charging my card. I’m not happy that I can not cancel when I want to

I ordered and paid for a sample jar. It was not received. Then someone put in a order for your $75.00 and charged me. I did not order the latter.

If they are ever out of stock, customer service always make a call to you to let you know that you will be refunded.

I fell for the free trial, just pay postage scam the same as many other people on this site. Also found they had taken 2 payments of over $125.00 from my bank. I contacted customer service and got nowhere. An acknowledgement of my email, nothing else. Ended up cancelling my credit card and my bank issuing me a new one. I still have not had any money back.

Haven’t really seen any results. Also not happy that all of the sudden, l got charged not once but twice for your product and what seemed like before the the 30day trial….l got charged $114 then 59… what is that about? And without clear warning on pricing. I expect to get a refund and/ or cancel the subscription

I fell for this free trial use for 14 days well I did not even receive this product until after 14 days and it was by chance I got it they did not even have an address on the box just my name and city I just happened to go into the post office to mail a parcel and they asked me if this was mine by the time I got the free trial they had already debited my bank account for over 160.00 cdn dollars I tried to contact them and they said I did not exist that my credit card was actually under a complete strangers name they said they could not cancel someone elses order then my bank sends me a fraud alert saying that less than 2 weeks later this company has tried to take out 159. usd they asked if I authorized this I said absolutely not so they declined the payment then I tried to contact them again and once again I was charged 101. usd with in 2 weeks no more products were ever sent still no response to address the theft on my card from one of their customers now my card has had to be changed and I have had to contact all my bill payments etc., really bad customer service bank is doing investigation on them with my card being used by one of their customers be very careful
