I ordered and paid for 5 x 50 ml, Argan Oil. My money was refunded less than I had paid, and no Atgan Oil bundle in sight. Very Very dissapointed to be treated this way. I have been a loyal customer of yours for many many years.

I ordered two shampoos and two conditioners a month ago and for some reason now I’m on automatic ordering I did not go on automatic ordering. It was one order and I will order when I would like to not when you like to. Please remove the last order and refund my money thank you.

Whilst my order was accepted cancelled and money refunded
Whilst my order was accepted, the amount paid was refunded to my account without explanation.
I have been an idrotherapy client since the product was launched and my subscriptions have been dealt with in the same manner. I am not receiving the product ordered, nor my regular subscriptions. I have no choice other then to source another product, which is disappointing.

I bought essence of argan and my money was deducted from my account
No argan was sent
Instead my money was transferred back to my account
This is the second time this is happening

Essence of Argan is a great product
Essence of Argan is a great product. I underwent a knee replacement in March 2025 and I originally used Essence of Argan on my scar three times a day from June onwards last year. My scar is healing well and can hardly see it now.
I have been using Essence of Argan on my face the last few weeks too, and it is a great moisturiser. Face lines have got smoother.
I highly recommend Essence of Argan.

Customer service said that they would send me an extra jar during shipping as a goodwill gesture from your company. Please do not forget the sixth jar during shipping. Thank you.

Ive been using argon oil for over a…
Ive been using argon oil for over a couple of years now. I dont put any day or night products on my face ,only Essence of Argan. Im in my 50's and my skin seems to love it. No oilyness at all and it brightens up my face as soon as I put it on. If I have dry eyes I put it on them and helps to relax n sooth. Id highly recommend Essence of Argan.
