I have been with Eset for more years than I can remember. I've previously run the Ultimate version. However, I was staggered by the cost of renewing, so I've downgraded to Premium version. Eset does everything I need to do ....in the background - brilliant! I know it would never happen, but it would be nice, as a seasoned user, if the renewal cost received a discount for those of us who have used you for many years, instead of it always going up in price. Thanks.

however , when it comes to the annual renewel price, existing customers get punished for there loylety
the renewal price is always more expensive than a new subscription, so it means going online to check and phoning in to get the best price

I found ordering ESET to be straight forward with a good introductory offer. Once installed i found it to be a good workable lay out with no adds to purchase more of there software every 5 minutes like the last company i was using saying that i still needed this and that to protect my pc .
