Very helpful

Dealt with Claire to arrange long distance flights at short notice and with some special requests. To say she was excellent would be an under statement. Due to her knowledge, clarity and efficiency it was a refreshingly stress free experience. Highly recommend Claire and Escape2.

Claire was so helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me book our holiday. She was so pleasant to deal with. I'll definitely be booking with Escape 2 again

Highly recommend, I just wished I found Claire sooner .She made the whole planning and booking process so easy , she spent so much time searching for the best suited holiday.

Claire Williamson was so patient and helpful and really tailormade our holiday to suit our needs. She was always ready to listen and make our trip better.
She provided us with excellent acommodation along the way and lots of helpful tips from her own Australian experience.
She was responsible for our once in a lifetime trip.
She was exceptional and i would highly recommend her for arranging australian trips

Claire Williams has been amazing in helping me plan and book our holiday to Orlando. I had asked for a quote for a quote for specific flights and hotel and she was able to get these for me at a better price than anywhere else I had found. Very quick response time and low deposits. Have booked with them and their partner company Budget Travel 3 years in a row and have never been beaten on price. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Allison was great! Listen to exactly what I wanted and searched till she found it !! Has great patience with me ! 👏🤩

Claire Williamson was beyond helpful nothing was a problem and found me exactly what I was looking for and more .

Great service.
Claire was very helpful and took all the stress out of trying to choose routes and airlines.

Claire helped us book a holiday to Vegas for our one-year anniversary in June. From start to finish Claire has been amazing. From fast responses to our email queries and providing quotes to suit our budget. Claire was also very informative about tips for Vegas. Overall a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Claire and the team we can’t wait for our holiday to Vegas

Claire was absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish. She tried dozens of different quotes and no matter what I asked her she was only happy to help me

I dealt with Alison and she was excellent.

We’re looking forward to our summer hols this year especially heading to Orlando and it was great having Claire to organise it all.
Thank you Claire & Buget Travel

I initially requested a quote last year but didn't receive any follow up after the first quote was sent and I requested further info. It transpired that the person who sent me the quote had left the company.
That's when I first received a call from Claire Williamson. She informed me that 2024 rates weren't available yet and sent me an email to make sure I had her contact details.
I reached out to her again this week and she provided me new quotes. Claire was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, no question was unanswered, no request was too much for her, she was a godsend. The whole process from there right up to booking my honeymoon was smooth and very enjoyable.
I would like to highlight to management the excellent job that Claire did, and not only that but she was extremely friendly and personable and made me feel like I was her only customer.

Fantastic customer service, really attentive, listened to what we wanted and came up with a number of options. From initial enquiry to final booking, Claire was fantastic to deal with - couldn't recommend her / them more.

Great service Claire left no stone unturned for our honeymoon holiday even when I wanted better value Claire was able to do so with an extra day for good measure too

Claire was brilliant to deal with. She gave us lots of options in relation to our budget, and managed to find what we were looking for. She was very patient and had no issue with all the over and back on email until we got things right. We really appreciated that. Excellent customer service. We hope to have an unforgettable trip next Easter.

Claire was so helpful,I gave her dates and she came back with loads of options. Nothing was a problem with her.

Claire was absolutely amazing in dealing with all quotes and recommending hotels to stay and amending to wht I wanted. Really appreciate the help Claire😁
