We booked our trip to Orlando through Budget Club Travel. We started off asking about flights/hotels as we weren't sure where to begin. Staff member Alison Clarke dealt with us. She was so friendly, helpful and efficient. She gave us great advice & great options. It made the whole booking part of it very easy without any stress.

Dealt with Alison. Told her what I was looking for and she came back with exactly what I asked for. Any query i had was answered promptly. Will definitely recommend.

So quick to get back to me with my query. Very accommodating to all my changes and questions. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire

Claire made the search and booking so easy and nothing was a problem, I would highly recommend Claire

Her response time was fabulous and the real reason I returned to book with you, was because of Claire.
She is huge asset to your business.

Claire was fantastic to deal with! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Fast response time, very pleasant to speak with and always understand our needs. Such as budget, location.

I also really appreciated the added touch of giving us time to consider our options without giving us the hard sell.

Only as soon had holiday organised.Escape kept contacting us looking for money, even tho i informed them i has working and organise the payment on my day off which was following day.

Excellent Service. I dealt with a lady call Claire Williamson. She was amazing and nothing was a problem for her. I would highly recommend dealing with Claire

I had made a booking and realised that night that the return leg from the flight had a long layover in Dubai (I’ve small kids), I was due to call the travel agent the next day but before I had a chance to they (Claire) called me to discuss the long layover and would I like to change it. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I got and as well as the flights being changed and the hotel booking being changed Claire actually saved us some money which was very welcomed. It’s great to see excellent customer service is alive and well! Take a bow Claire.

Claire was very helpful with any queries I had and helped us plan our next holidays. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Claire was brilliant with helping us sort out our holiday from start to finish. She was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was a problem for her. Excellent communication throughout our whole booking experience. Can't highly recommend them enough.
