I purchased the Erth Labs Superfood Brew Starter Kit after seeing a Facebook advertisement that prominently promoted a 45-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, stating that if I wasn’t satisfied, I would receive a refund “no questions asked.”

After trying the product, I decided it wasn’t for me and contacted Erth Labs within the advertised guarantee period to request a refund. Rather than addressing my refund request, I was informed that my purchase had enrolled me in a recurring monthly refill program and that another order had already been processed for shipment.

I immediately attempted to cancel the subscription using the customer portal link provided by Erth Labs. Unfortunately, the portal returned an error stating that my order was “not for product: Superfood Brew 1 Month Supply,” preventing me from managing or canceling the subscription through the method the company instructed me to use.

Despite my repeated written requests to cancel my subscription, stop future shipments, and honor the advertised satisfaction guarantee, I later received another email advising that an additional order was about to ship. I also continued to receive marketing emails and was unable to unsubscribe.

As a result, I disputed all charges with my credit card issuer after making multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter directly with Erth Labs.

My concern is not simply that I didn’t enjoy the product. It is that my experience did not match the expectations created by the company’s advertising regarding its “45-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee” and that I encountered significant difficulty canceling what I understood to be an unwanted recurring subscription.

I hope Erth Labs will review its customer service processes and subscription practices so that future customers have a clearer and more straightforward experience.

This coffee taste like it's name, dirt!! I asked for refund and they sent me another bag of this disgusting stuff. They obviously don't read their emails or care about the customers.

They never sent my items. No response to my emails. Customer service is non existent. A rip off.

I do not recommend this product. I did not enjoy the taste and after a week of low energy and headaches I returned to my regular coffee. Also if you buy the starter kit be sure to note the small print at the bottom that you will automatically be billed for and sent another order in 30 days. They say they send a warning email to alert you of this but they don’t. So I am stuck with more of this 😐very unhappy customer

You can respond to your emails. You can add a customer service number and actually have someone who supports the customer when there’s a problem I would like a refund for the product that you sent that was delivered to the wrong address. Your customer communications are atrocious, and there is no way to contact you outside of email which you don’t respond to.

Horrible experience. The “coffee” is meh, but worst is that I’m stuck in Hotel California over here with this BS subscription I didn’t sign up for. I can’t get into the portal to cancel-constant error message. Rachel Peake “customer service” is giving me the runaround so looks like I’ll have to report them to the bank and cancel my CC to get rid of Erth Labs. Ongoing May-july2026

Do NOT purchase from Erth! It is impossible to reach customer service, no reply, need to cancel your Credit card to stop subscription. Overpriced product and I am so sorry I ever bought from them.

This company is very difficult to get in contact with. I received Order #42177 and was charged for it. I've been trying to get it returned and a refund, but have gotten no response to emails to support and the phone number listed doesn't allow messages to be left. It's frustrating and I am going to have to go through my credit card company to see if they can get anywhere with it.

I paid for 2 bags of coffee on June 13th and still haven't received either of them and keep getting the run around about why I haven't gotten them then they told me on the 14th they would b shipped witing 4 days its the 20th my order is still on hold urrrrrr

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! I bought this coffee for my mom for her birthday. They offered a second bag at a discount, so I thought sure, Ill try it too! Then it took over 3 weeks to get here and they tell me my next order is on the way. WHAT? I did not sign up for a subscription and to top it off, now I have TWO SUBSCRIPTIONS!! One for the initial order and one for the second bag. Cannot cancel on the site, I had to call my credit card and put in a dispute. HORRIBLE COMPANY :(

It's tastes alright, I'm not a big coffee drinker, so saying that is a good thing. I bought it for other benefits of which I haven't experienced yet. It's only been a few days, so hopeful!

I purchased my coffee on July 11 had a problem with the website, is ordered 2 starter kits. Fine, whatever. I also ordered an extra bag. I reviewed the order on Tuesday. It said in the tracking that they got a label at the post office in NY. The 14th. Reasonable. Hadn't received my order. Saturday the 18th I created the account on the website. it's telling me my order was delivered on Monday the 13th. Impossible!!. I just want my flipping order 🤬

Still have not received my order. Sent multiple emails no reply just more ads. Wish for my money back. No number to call and no reply to my emails.

The product is very weak, have to mix with my regular coffee; if I could have given you a 0 I would have. Between ordering and shipping, it took 4 weeks, way too long, and when I tried (twice) to contact the company, got NOTHING! Will not re-order...seems I should have read all of the reviews before ordering in the first place, as there were many like this! Get it together Erth, your customer dis-service is awful!!!!!

Arrived about 2 weeks after placing order.
You get a lot less coffee than Ryze. Nothing special. Will not reorder.

I don’t recall getting notified of recurring orders. I’m not crazy about the product either.

Also, why would I get a monthly recurring order if I had a 2 month order initially? No need for more product. I’m not happy with the coffee.

Clumsy packaging meant one of the 2 bags in my order was busted open, mostly wasted and got all over everything else. No response from customer service when I reached out. The taste is decent.

I’m forced to select a star otherwise it would be zero. The coffee taste horrible but their customer service is worse. I’ve sent multiple emails since there’s no phone number to call anyone only to not receive a response. I’ve canceled my subscription and I highly recommend not to buy this product.

Still waiting for my delivery....order few weeks ago. Crickets over here, Hope it's soon!
Did receive an email about failure to ship on their part, but not supposed to ship for another week. Would think they would make it a priority... New to product and not a good impression.
