I ordered this product several weeks ago and still have not received anything? I then received an email from Erth with an apology and a 40% OFF offer for my next purchase.
Problem.....I have never received any product? If your shipping system does not work you need to get it figured out. At this point, I would like a refund and drop the entire order.

Apologies for my frustration but this is not good service or follow up.

I had used 2 bags of Ryze but after trying Erth, there was no comparison. Its so much better.

Ordered July 2 and today is July 23rd and I’m still waiting for my start up order and additional bag. I hope your product meets my expectations or I will cancel my subscription!

After multiple attempts to cancel the additional orders that I did not want and asking for a full refund, they keep saying I can cancel at any time, but their site will not allow me to cancel or change anything. Their product made me sick.

This company has the worst service ever. I have yet to receive my product , ordered July 5th and I have asked for a refund 5 times plus the cancellation of any further products and i can’t even get that. Don’t order from this company EVER

Product is great. After my initial order, I ordered more and have not received it yet. Got an email saying my order was sent to a distributor that was out. Was promised it was taken care of but still no product.

Iam having a difficult time canceling my subscription and my account won’t delete

Customer Service is fantastic. They respond quickly to emails and resolve questions/ issues promptly. Very professional.

Awful scam company. I did not go ahead with the last step on order but they charged me and they did not reply to 4 emails that I sent asking to cancel the order. They also autoshipped another order after my 3rd emails saying I needed to cancel autoship. Their product is also garbage. Tastes like wood and didn't have any positive impact.
I comment on their social media everytime I see an add to earn people about this scam company.

I ordered my package on July 2 or third I still have not received it. It’s 24 July. No shipping information and I got an email saying that it would be mailed out in 3 to 4 business days around around 12 July I still haven’t received anything no email no nothing. There’s no phone number to contact anybody when I’ve emailed customer service. I have not gotten anything back since not a response. Just the one email telling me that if I buy again, I’ll get 40% off. Why would I buy again if I haven’t gotten the original product that I purchased?

I didn't like the product. Had to wait 21 days to say I didn't want the product, after I tried the trial portion. I emailed and said that. They told me to go online and cancel, I tried that but there was no way to do that. They shipped more product out way after I told them I didn't want anymore. There was no way to cancel my subscription online. They don't listen well, and definitely don't handle their sight or emails well at all.

Never received order though claim it was delivered. Have sent your customer service numerous emails with no response - only an automated response like this

There's no way to cancel the subscription and they won't follow up replies after there first reply the link they sent is invalid

What went wrong is that I wrote to you expressing my wish to cancel my subscription and have not received any acknowledgement. Perhaps you’ll rectify the situation by extending the courtesy of a response.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with erth Labs for over a month. The portal, which is supposed to work for communication, does not work. There is no real method to discontinue subscription.

Still haven't received the order placed almost a month ago.

Definitely the most shady of all mushroom coffees will not return your request to cancel their bad product, this is a scam for sure

Well it first took forever to get it. I wrote 2 or 3 times reaching out about the length of time. Then I finally receive it . I make my first cup. I was very disappointed in the weakness of the brew. So I’m actually use twice as much to get the same results. The taste isn’t horrible. I just like it to taste more like coffee.

The coffee was okay. Not what I expected. It doesn’t give you a jittery feeling which was good. I als wanted to add this, I signed up for Erth as a one-time trial, but my account was enrolled in a monthly subscription that I did not authorize. I have emailed customer support six times over the past two days and have not received a single response. Their website states that they respond within 1–2 hours, but that has not been my experience. This lack of customer service has been very frustrating, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
