This coffee is tasteless. It’s like drinking hot water.

At first I was furious that I could not get any response as I waited 2 plus weeks to get my order and sent multiple email replies as well...
Lo and behold, they were just slammed with an onslaught from their new marketing campaign on social media... they have since contacted me both by text and email and been totally responsive. And I did get my product. It was a clean mix.

I placed an order on june 24th and never recieved my order I emailed them and sent back the info they wanted and they never got back with me so I emailed them again and told them I wanted a refund, we'll see if i recieve one. they need better customer service thats for sure!

I placed an order, which I received. I didn't like the taste of the mushroom coffee, and didn't feel any positive effects. I have had better mushroom coffee from other companies. They put me on auto-ship which I didn't approve. I tried to login to cancel, and the system didn't allow me to login to cancel the monthly subscription. I sent an email to the company and am awaiting a reply.

I live and drink Superfood Brew daily. How can I order more without getting another Starter package?

I like the way it blends easily but the flavor is just not strong enough for me. It’s not earthy enough. I don’t drink coffee regularly. I have been using Ryze for about 4 yrs now and I like the earthy taste it has. Yours is too mild.

Total rip off. Product was sub standard then surprised with a second “subscription” shipment. Try to stop their “subscription” but customer assistance is non-existent. This company should not be allowed to operate. They are a credit card ripoff company!

Made me sick to my stomach every time I tried it

First of all, I received no invoice. You merely charged my card for two bags of brew. Secondly the phone number associated with those withdrawals goes to a phone with no voicemail set up. My card is showing a 'Y' to charge monthly, and I cannot cancel this thus far. All the emails sent, do not come back with actual responses. They ONLY come back with more advertising to buy OR TO assess the company. It is co.pletely not what I had expected. The size of one bag does not constitute 30 cups (? A months worth, I think not). I feel I have been ripped off.

Same here 7/6/2026 48.00 not shipped! There phone number is 818-292-9787 it’s voice mail is not set up! No one will answer emails or calls last Facebook post was march! I normally check these companies out first didn’t check this one and now I got burnt!

I love the coffee, really good. But I never got the book of superfoods as promised. My email to the custom support was never answered. And when I checked out the website to order a new bag (it took weeks before I had that starters kit) I found out that a new, small bag cost $39,00. To me that is ridiculous and I am sorry because I would love to continue but this is too much for what it is. I than I got a link to download the book with a very short, unfriendly, email. No apology, just a digital link that is impossible to open. Never buy this again!!

Unfortunately trying to cancel your subscription with this company is impossible they even make it impossible to contact them the only action you can take is to contact your bank or card provider and open a dispute there is nothing free about this trial if they were a genuine company they would have easy contact methods instead of sending you on an infinite loop that takes you absolutely nowhere so avoiding their buyers 100% seems they have taken a product that is the latest health fad to con people of there money disgusting do not buy from Erth they basically take your money disappear then take your money again complete rip off

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Erth Labs and strongly recommend that customers read every detail carefully before placing an order.

I placed what I understood to be a regular order, only to later discover that I had apparently been enrolled in a subscription. When I asked the company to provide clear evidence showing where I knowingly agreed to a subscription—or where the subscription was disclosed as mandatory—they did not provide it. My invoice also did not clearly support their explanation.

What made the situation worse was that I contacted them before the latest shipment was sent and made it clear that I did not want the product or consent to another order. Despite that, they proceeded with the shipment. I also pointed out that their website advertised a satisfaction guarantee stating that dissatisfied customers would receive a refund with “no questions asked,” yet my request for a refund was not properly honored.

Although they eventually confirmed that the subscription was canceled and that I would not be charged for future orders, that does not resolve the money already taken or the shipment I tried to stop.

I feel misled by the subscription enrollment and deeply dissatisfied with how my concerns and refund request were handled. Based on my experience, the ordering process lacked transparency, the customer service was unhelpful, and the company failed to provide clear proof that I knowingly agreed to recurring charges. I would not purchase from this company again and encourage others to carefully review all terms, save screenshots, and check their bank statements after ordering.

I'm finally had the chance to try a cup of the Earth lab coffee I like The Chicory kind of flavor . The only thing I was not happy with was the fact that it took quite a while to get here and I thought we were getting several gifts including two bags of the coffee with our order but we only got one.

Honestly it takes two scoops so I could identify it's flavor. What I did notice that I am no longer constipated and for me that's a big bonus. The prices is right and yes.I will order again.

Do not buy this product unless you want to waste money. The customer service doesn’t exist either!! The only way to contact this company is there email but not sure if anyone sees the email because I have sent multiple emails trying to cancel but the only email I get from them is them trying to get me to upgrade on a subscription that their website says I don’t even have yet they have taking money out of my account.

I don’t like the product. Tastes like warm water. I have cancelled my subscription.

I tried ryze and didn't like it at all , so then I tried Dose and really like it,then I tried Erth and really like that. Between Dose and Erth I can't tell which one I like better, they are both pretty close in taste, i think I would like to use the Erth but you didn't send me a coffee container to hold the coffee like Dose did.

I made an order 3 weeks ago this Thursday and I still have NOT recieved my order.

well i ordered the product in mid june and never recived anything . you charged my card but i never got to try it. on the very same day I ordered from you i also ordered from Ryze and i have been drinking it for a couple weeks now. I have sent mail back to you for the last couple weeks and have heard nothing back.
