Hi Scott, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We don't currently offer pick-up from our Central HQ but will look to see if this is something we can offer in the future. That said, any inventory at our Central HQ is available to order online and pick-up at any of our Retail Locations for no extra charge. There is lead time with getting product from our Central HQ to a Retail Location (3-10 business days depending on location) but in the future, that would be an option for you.

Very disappointing customer support
Very disappointing customer support. I reported an incorrect shipping address the same day I placed my order and was told to wait until FedEx picked it up. Once it did, I was told nothing could be changed. FedEx confirmed only the shipper could fix it, but the store refused to help. Poor communication and no real resolution.

Responsive but shipping fees are too high
Customer service in chat is responsive. Website has some issues but they helped me override and place the order.
Unfortunately, shipping cost was high - 35% of the cost of the item, and they shipped me mismatched pairs. When I contacted them, I need to pay for return shipping as well as additional shipping charges to ship out the right thing - total shipping cost of the exchange was more than what I paid for the item.
