We pride ourselves on personal, helpful and transparent customer service and will always seek to find fair solutions in the event of any issues. As we already explained in our communications, we assure you that you were sent a brand new, fully sealed box - NOT an Open-box product which we also sell separately. We have also confirmed from the courier's delivery pictures that the box arrived sealed, complete with its original plastic strapping (3 strips) and tape. In addition, the tool pack photo you sent us showed that the plastic had indeed opened slightly in transit – which, although not ideal, was not torn or damaged. Our factory also uses a combination of blue and white tape as standard when packing the elements of our products in their box. We have also offered a full refund as per our no-quibbles returns policy and are still awaiting your confirmation that the box is ready to collect. Please do phone us if you would like any further information. Thank you, Ergohuman Customer Service.

Prompt delivery and the response to a pre-sale question was handled promptly and by a human, not a canned 'auto answer'. The chair is stunning.

Ergohuman Elite Exceptional
Bought an Ergohuman Elite for my son who is spending a lot of time at his desk for university studies. His old chair was a gaming chair and as much as it looked great he was struggling with sweating and back pain. The Ergohuman has solved all these problems it has clearly had a lot of thought put into it, from the moment you sit in it before making any adjustments it immediately feels very very supportive, everything can then be finely adjusted to find the perfect fit depending on your size and weight so it’s great if 2/3 different family members are using it. The delivery was quick and packaging very good. It’s very expensive chair but the chair has clearly been designed to last, it has a very solid build quality and we are delighted with it and very happy with our purchase.

Very pleased with my chair
I work long hours so I’ve been looking for ages for a chair that doesn’t make my lower back ache. I’m a big bloke so I wanted to make sure I got a decent chair to support my weight. A friend recommended Ergohuman so here I am. And I’m chuffed to bits.
It looks great (I went for grey frame with grey mesh), the build quality is superb (I’m an engineer so I care about this stuff), and most importantly - it’s extremely comfortable and adjusted to fit my shape.
So far, (been a few weeks now) my back has felt great - no twinges at all. Five stars from me. I’ll recommend to anyone who’s looking for a top office chair.

Exceptional
Bought an ergohuman elite to replace my trusty old aeron chair after seeing some YouTube reviews. Loved my aeron but couldn’t quite stretch the budget given the prices these days. Customer service was great and delivery was fast and efficient without problems. Upon opening the box minimum assembly was required, approximately 5/10 minutes, a handy hex tool was supplied in the box. The weight of the chair speaks volumes and the product is manufactured to a very high standard. Build quality is exceptional very sturdy and solid feel. The feeling when sitting in the chair is without a doubt incredible. The level of comfort, support and adjustments makes my Aeron chair feel very outdated and uncomfortable and I’ve loved that chair very much indeed. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the chair.
