E.R.E Property  Anmeldelser

The staffs are very helpful, especially Jade Field, she helped me solve a lot of problems, I really appreciate that, many thanks!

Excellent service and great understanding of real estate investors’ needs. All was executed as agreed, smoothly and hassle-free … I don’t hesitate to recommend ERE as agents and also as property managers (post purchase).

Robert and his team are very professional and responsive to the different needs of clients.

I've been speaking with ERE about my first investment property. Will in particular has taken a lot of time to explain the property in detail and has done a great job with answering my queries!

After having a tough time getting a door lock fixed with several managers I was finally able to have a great experience under Megan Grayston who was very prompt and kind with getting back to me in regards to any of my issues and problems. She was quick to resolve matters and helped make my correspondence and dealings with ERE properties very enjoyable.

I have been in contact with Will Kettle to discuss the purchase of a new development property in Hull.

While we didn’t go ahead with the purchase, I cannot thank Will enough for his patience, information and clear breakdown of cost.

Thank you again and good luck.

We have been at our property since December and during this very short period we have had so many problems it is untrue! Nothing is there responsibility. Any issues have to be sent to block management. All ERE do is chase these, and not very often I might add! It was deemed suitable for us to be left with water pouring through brickwork, running down the inside of the windows, having a room We can't use due to previous leak damage from an upstairs apartment and 8 weeks of waiting for jnsurance to be sorted?? An absolute joke. I'm sure they wouldn't live in these conditions and put up with it but we have to, all whilst paying full rent and having the apartment over run with silver fish as this is so damp. Will not give us our landlords email address. We are just left to put up with it. Desperately trying to get out of our contract and will never rent with ERE again!!!!!

I have had no problems dealing with this letting agency and always get a prompt response to any questions. Megan has been very helpful, especially over the last few weeks - Thank you. I've rented with ERE Property for over a year and would certainly recommend them.

Worked with Sharon Barlow at ERE on a recent purchase. Sharon was perfect from day one. Always on top of things and very helpful. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Was a pleasure to do business with ERE and the rest of the team. Highly recommend if your looking for a honest team with great investment opportunities.

Worked with Robert Medd and Sharon Barlow in a couple of transactions recently. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, Sharon was super responsive and great at following up and keeping things to the schedule - and where issues arose, she was a real help in managing the counterparties and making sure nothing derailed the process. Having a Sales Progressor assist with coordinating all the elements of the deal was a real benefit and made the whole process both easy and pleasant.

Very informative and clear discussion. Great investment opportunity.

Robert Medd has introduced this beautiful apartment and his amazing team to me.

Sharon Barlow guided me through the whole process for exchanging contracts. She’s absolutely diligent, hard working and understanding. She would do anything just to make the process smooth.

I’m looking forward to building a long and fruitful relationship with ERE.

Always reply to my enquiries quickly and help as best they can particularly as issues may not always be something they can control. Dealt with Megan on a couple occasions, she is very nice and helpful.

My first property with them I hope it will go well

Amazing team at ERE, especially the property manager Jade. Throughout covid I’ve had many money struggles and Jade as always ensured to treat the situation fairly with alot of consideration in such a hard time. Communicating with Jade has taken a lot of pressure off my shoulders as she’s made me feel at ease, she’s wonderful asset to the team at ERE.

I’ve been with ERE for almost two years.
My property manager was Jade. Whenever I had any questions or maintenance issues she responded promptly to our requests, was professional and accommodating.
ERE is one of the very few companies out their that are professional in dealing with their tenants. I’d highly recommend them.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am in the process of leaving a first class rental property after 6 years at Mann Island, Liverpool and I can highly recommend ERE Property of Leeds who handled the lease throughout to very high professionalism and courteous service.

John Nicholson

I thank the ERE Property for their support from my check-in to the property until my check-out, which was unfortunate for personal reasons but I still have the support of the team and Jade Field the manager through this difficult time. She's a professional and has know-how in the process. Thanks for your support. I appreciate what you did for me.

I found the ERE team very responsive and knowledgeable. Robert was excellent and was on top of all things and able to answer any questions I had. He is clearly an SME with vast experience. Sharon was great and really hand held the processing for me and was on hand for various questions and follow up. I always felt I had the ERE team available when needed.
