E.R.E Property  Anmeldelser

ERE Property are a personable but highly professional company, where with the help of two particular members of staff: Eimeren Dizon & Will Kettel, their commutations and administrative skills allowed us as buyers to be constantly up to date, and fully informed on the buying process. Whether it was navigating Solicitors requests for paperwork, or even answering any menial questions we had for our lack of knowledge, they were more than happy to help!
The aforementioned staff also were happy to meet us face to face, welcomed us into their office, to run us through things delicately. It was good to have a set of friendly faces throughout the transaction we could call on.

We will be using ERE again in the near future.

Have sold a development that is now 2 years passed completion and still nowhere close to being built. Though incredibly helpful during the sales process, as well as convincing, unable to give any answers on how or when I will receive my deposit back. Avoid!

I never expected that buying my first home in the UK would be such an exciting experience, and I was blown away by Eimeren and Arturs' enthusiasm throughout the entire process. They were very enthusiastic about my owning a property in the United Kingdom, and they closely followed and comprehended all of my financial and currency exchange challenges.

They gave me their all, and I will recommend anyone looking for their first buy-to-let property in the UK to work with these two because they are the best.

Helen and her team at ERE were very helpful with my enquiry, happy to recommend!

Helped out with clarifying everything, very efficient, overall great experience

Big thanks to Eimeren Dizon for her leadership and support. Excellent end to end experience from identifying the Proeprty to closure. Continuous follow up and being proactive.

Having used multiple firms for my property investment search I can say with complete confidence that ERE Property is the best company that I have come across.

They are equitable, diligent and extremely knowledgeable within the areas that they focus. They have been quick to respond to all queries and were key in driving forward my property investment by managing the process seamlessly and following up with various parties.

Arturs was extremely helpful during the reservation process, making time for my questions and responding extremely quickly and in a comprehensive manner to every query I made. He was head over shoulders above the other investment partners that I was working with and focused on a property and structure that suited my criteria.

In particular, Eimeren was an absolute star in handling my transaction and drove the process. She was able to provide more help than my solicitor and made the purchase as hands off as possible. She is an asset to the company and I wish she could have been handling all of the properties in my portfolio!

I will definitely be using ERE in the future as the first port of call for any property purchase that I do.

Flawless customer experience, thanks to Eimeren Dizon

I am a first time property buyer and it was all new to me. She was kind enough to guide me through what to do from A to Z and and ensured that everything is on place and submitted in time.

She is very kind, supportive, and most importantly responds promptly. I was conscious of deadline and her fast turnaround was really helpful and gave me great comfort.

Reliable, professional services overall.

Sharon and Arturs are amazing. They helped me every step of the way with buying my 3 properties. I had lots of questions and if they didn't have an answer straight away they got me one the same day.
When I went to the ERE office in Leeds the staff are really friendly.
They have sent me regular updates without me having to chase them.
I'm really looking forward to continuing my property portfolio with them.
Many thanks for make the whole process easy ☺️

They were always there to help and very friendly too. My property manager called Jade was always there to sort all the issues there was and letting me the outcome of the issue I raised. Jade was helpful and friendly at all times. And I would recommend using ERE to anyone out there

Sharon is a professional in this field. She provided timely and indepth information durning the process. I had no bad comment regarding her.

May be, this is her first time to serve Hongkonger who had no idea about conveyance in UK. I would be frustrated by the jargons, processes and technical terms which should be the common senses for UK people. I could not say the property buying process was perfectly smooth. Yet, all problems I countered were solved eventually.

Adam Gourley has been appointed and assisting me as dedicated portfolio manager since April 2022.

Adam listens to his client (a quite demanding client like myself) and he is super-responsive, reliable and friendly lettings manager who helps addressing my queries, concerns and various feedbacks on a very timely and sensible manner.

Adam upgraded my overall Buy-To-Let property investment experiences to the next level.

I am very pleased to have Adam standing by me at all times and I do look forward to continuing my good relationship with him.

Thanks Adam!

ERE property has been a delight and made the process of my first time buy much easier than anticipated. I was appointed to work with Sharon Barlow and I would like to say a big thanks for her help. She was extremely attentive throughout the process, quick to respond and demonstrated a level of professionalism which made me confident in working with the company!

Professional institution prioritizing clients and their interests, transparency and efficiency.

I had twice a very good experience with them buying property in the UK. The Founding Partners are hands-on managers and Sales Progressor Sharon Barlow was of a great help in responding to queries, following up on progress, most of the times proactively, and duly addressing any issue so as to expedite the process.

"A special mention should go to Sharon Barlow, who progressed the sale; she was relentlessly efficient and I was highly impressed with her professionalism." Sharon was always available and her quick responsive attitude ensured my deal went through as smoothly as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Sharon. Thank you so much for everything.

- Rishi Harani.

Most of the staff at Ere are brilliant. Jade has helped me throughout and has been a big help in my tenancy.

As a first-time property investor, their are several doubts/questions in one's mind - Will Kettel was able to touch upon these with no hesitation and was available practically 24/7 for any concerns I had.

Unfortunately I could not close the investment but I highly recommend ERE for any property investor, Will and the CEO himself are genuine professionals who will make the process very experience-agnostic.

I will definitely be in touch with ERE for the future.

i am over the moon with the service from ERE Property i was delt with by an amazing lady called Jade and she was so insightful and helped me with my boiler breaking down the same day! Highly recommend.

5 Star! I’ve had an excellent experience using ERE Property. Jodie and Joe have been great to deal with, both extremely polite and friendly. Thank you for everything. Chris

Easy and stress free, I booked a viewing with Jodie and she was really helpful and easy to communicate.

The communication and exchange of forms was done quickly and processed and signed with digital platforms which is great in my opinion

Would recommend!
