Administration improvements
The whole experience was trouble free and all the people I dealt were knowledgeable and pleasant.
The area I found the most difficult was the paperwork,especially the first packet. To clarify the requirements I numbered the 33 pages and carried the page no’s through to the check list.To make it easier for us old folks I suggest you adopt this from the beginning .It’s simple to follow numbers but page headers for the first time became difficult.Also when I listed any queries I had the page number to refer to.

Very good experience far better than we expected
All really professional and put to bed any worries we might have had. Also not expensive to pay an amount so there's no interest accrued. Wish we'd done it years ago 🙂.

Recently decided to consider Equity release.
One family were put in contact with me.
The lady that helped me through everything was so very professional. Also she took time and continuously went over information with me.
Angela Harrison is my personal adviser, I was so lucky and grateful to One Family and Angela for making this process so seemless , within days things were happening, from EQUILAW to the surveyor and the follow up calls to see if everything was ok and I have to say it was Amazing.

Helpful advice without pressure
From my first enquiry the service has proved excellent.All the advice was given without pressure, once I agreed to continue the rest was explained at every step including the visit of the surveyor.Only dealing with the solicitor proved a little daunting, but overall first class.

I felt Jacob didn’t listen to a word I said a d to send me a text to say you glad yo help me when I clearly said that you were not able to help me at this time proves the point. I also have not been contacted recently by Equity release for any help. The only thing I have done is to check your offer again and you still can’t help me.
Please stop these persistent calls until you can improve your offer. Elliot understands my requirements.
