I very much appreciate your help and support but as I explained I am stuck in a loop trying to find my title deeds held by C&G, If you can do anything please do. My Key Release Agent is Austin Durant tel. 01772968243). He has put in a lot of hard work and everything is sorted with Livemore, except for this hitch, Happy Days, Riccie.

Sound advice with no hassle!
My initial enquiry led me to a video meeting with an adviser who gave very good, seemingly unbiased, advice. It gave us all the relevant information and we will be pursuing the options when the time is right.
I haven't been hounded by the company, apart from a single request to complete this survey, which I am very pleased about as nobody enjoys pressure being applied. All in all a sound business to deal with.

I was recommended by equity advice..
I was recommended by equity advice, One Family. I was contacted by their agent who offered me advice on all aspects of a lifetime mortgage. He went through all the pros and cons very clearly with me. After I decided to go ahead, I felt he found me the best deal for me, which no other advisor had. Their fees are very competitive too, in fact much less than others I had approached. The advisor was clear talking, very efficient and very pleasant to talk to, in fact I felt I'd gained a friend!!. Nothing was too much trouble and answered any queries that I had. I highly recommend them!!

I enquired about equity release on line and within weeks I had all the help and information I needed it took about 3 weeks, everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and I would recommend anyone to use this.
