Top Shelf service
Top Shelf service, quick to answer the phone. By luck they had 3 Honda motors I needed in stock. I had them st my door 5 days later and 2 days of that time was weekend. This is probably the 4th or 5th order I’ve placed, only delay I’ve had of a motor was on back order. Two thumbs up!

Great company to buy engines from.
Ever sense I started buying from Equipatron, I have had a great buying experience. When engines are in stock i received fast response and shipping. When engines are not in stock, I have received updates on lead times and received in parts as soon as they were available.

The Best Customer /Technical Service!! A++
I needed to know if the motor I was buying was the correct replacement. This company had a phone number and live customer service! The Lady that answered the phone was simply lovely! Very helpful, but with a polite sophistication I thought no longer existed! This is by far my best online purchase experience this year! Additionally, the CSR was correct, and the replacement was perfect upon arrival! I will be a repeat customer! A++++ Service.

I purchased the Honda GX 390 motor in replacement of the Tecumseh motor I had been using on my log splitter since Sept/October 2011. The GX 390 aligned in place and after a little priming everything worked as expected.
