Sent me wrong engine.
Ordered GX160 engine. They sent me a GX200. Bigger is not always better. They said I could return it if I pay return shipping. I should NOT have to pay for their mistake. Is this the only company on the planet that does not record their phone calls?

Satisfied Customer.
The Equipatron sales staff and customer service departments absolutely professional in every way. The only reason I gave this order 4 stars is because my engine was slightly damaged by the shipping company. I contacted customer service and sent them a few pictures and they confirmed what I was needing and got it to me in a few days. Shipping was very fast. Totally satisfied and will recommend Equipatron to anyone needing mower part or a complete engine replacement like I did.

Order received undamaged
Finally received my order. Initial order was placed with supplier that was out of stock resulting in a delay of about 7-10 days. Order was placed with another vendor and shipped. Arrived without damage. Customer service was great and worked hard to rectify the issue. Very happy with them. Equipatron has great customer service reps. I've ordered from them before and would again!

They helped me with the wiring from and old to the new.
Suggested a part/adapter I needed to get me from 6 pin plug on the old engine to 8 pin on the new.
Advised where to run an red/orange wire.
New egine is all in & running great.

The order was sent USPS. Which is bad because they don't deliver to Ohare Airport. We have not received our order.
