After I sent a pic of my Father that I wasn't satisfied with. I sent three more and asked them to pick the picture that would work best. I couldn't be happier with the portrait! Great quality and got it in a timely manner.

I ordered a photo in black and white for Mother’s Day, and paid for expedited processing. Received it in Color. No customers service number and nobody responding to emails. Not a good experience…

The portraits came out very nice, well made. Arrived fast. We love them. I highly recommend

The photo I submitted was horrible quality, and unfortunately it was the only photo my parter had of her late mother. I still decided to give it and try. The artists made it work !! It came out beautifully! I know that my partner will love it ! Thank you Epic paint team!

My wife has always talked about wanting a picture of our daughter and her grandfather who passed away before she was born and thanks to this site it’s possible and I am super happy how it turned out!

My (step)son never knew his father and was kept away from him for his entire life. Unfortunately my husband passed two years before I located his son. This portrait is the only visual link he has to the father he was never allowed to meet. Epicpaint did an amazing job. I was so proud to give this gift to him.

Absolute Joke! They say all over their website site this is a painting, it's not. They literally just print the exact picture you send then. Absolute garbage. I may have fallen victim to the wording on their site, but this is a trash company. You can get the exact thing from Walgreens for 10% of the price. The photo editing on a basic iPhone is better than what these people do. It's so bad, and their website is written in such a bad way, it looks like I'll win my credit card dispute for being such an awful company.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE ARTIST. PHOTOSHOP IS AWFUL AND NO REFUNDS.

Ordered my portrait then the day before it was suppose to arrive they emailed me saying I owed a additional $20.00 before they "print" my portrait. I tried contacting them for over a month to cancel everything since they haven't "printed " anything. Haven't heard or received anything.

Was after a mother's day portrait, the previews sent through were really poor quality, the Photoshop skills were nowhere what you would expect especially when paying £100 - tried revisions to improve and changing "artists" but got sent the same previews through.

Cancelled before anything was tangibly printed and asked for a refund and was
offered £40, which was honestly a joke. But frustratingly after feeling I'd been scammed I accepted in the hope of getting something back. Over 3 weeks later and no response - I chased and was offered more revisions!!

It's a joke of a company. Absolutely avoid at all costs or suffer being £100 out of pocket, nothing to show for it but time wasted trying to get it back....

Horrendous customer service. They will quickly take your money and refuse to discuss refunds or issue any money due back to you. Artwork was not to my liking and since cancelling, Epic Paint have done nothing to provide me with any confidence that they are handling my cancellation as I continued to receive warning emails that my order was to be processed even though I had emailed numerous times saying cancel. This order was placed back in January and I still have not received any refund. Never use them. There are much better companies out there offering a more professional service and alot cheaper. Ruined what was meant to be an extremely nice gift.

Absolutely shocking was so excited at first then after a week or soo they sent me a preview and it was crap was so disappointed and for the last 3 weeks since I have been emailing them and I am having no reply what so ever . This was meant to be on time for Mother’s Day but surprise surprise it’s not communication is the worst I have ever experienced buying on line and even now I feel like I have been scammed will be very surprised if I receive my photo as good as the ones they advertise on there site .

If I could score lower I would. Worst experience ever with this company. I paid £144 for my order and after chasing them for weeks they sent me my preview. It was horrific. It looked nothing like what I wanted. I therefore eventually requested a refund in which they said they would only refund me £40. Awful experience DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Same story as others promised for Mother’s Day and nothing. No contact other than sorry goi g to be late saying would give 25% refund and nothing. Now no contact whatsoever. Reported to relevant people and the bank. My partner thinks I didn’t do anything for her Mother’s Day bunch of wa#*ers

AVOID! It’s a scam!! Never sent me order and don’t reply to emails. Currently claiming money back though PayPal.

I have tried and tried to get a refund as the preview of the item was terrible so I have cancelled my order. They then said they processed it, they did not I then opened a case with PayPal they responded by saying they won't pay my refund until I close the case, I said I wanted my refund and they are blaming PayPal for not being quick enough I spoke to PayPal and it turns out epic giant hasn't even opened the dispute on there end when I shown them this evidence they have ignored me, they are trying every trick not to refund me so I have to wait 7 days so PayPal can step in and get my money back. EPICPAINTS YOU ARE A LYING SHAM OF A COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered my piece 2 weeks ago now and no updates from the company I have emailed 2 times to get some kind of update with no response. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife whose grandfather had passed away before meeting our son. To make matters worse they were running a promo if I ordered within a certain number of hours I’d get it by Valentine’s Day, so much for that! At this point I just want my money back they already ruined Valentine’s Day for me.

Seems like they are trying to make me pay to have my picture edited by saying they need a higher quality picture for what reason if you have an artist painting this. Don’t use this company!

They screwed me out of $300. Missed Christmas. After I have sent them many times everything they needed someone new asks me the same question. They won’t talk on the phone. I have not heard anything in weeks. This is a scam don’t buy from them
