Great communication from the company and I can tell that they put their hearts into their work! My portrait is way more beautiful than I expected it to be! I was completely breathtaken when I viewed my preview portrait! I now feel like I need a bigger size!

They provide a preview so you can see the work and request any modifications. They were very quick to make the changes I requested.

I'm delighted with the final result, as I wanted to surprise my husband for Father's Day since his dad passed away.

Scam website. Received my order in a timely matter but the item was nothing like the photos I gave. Badly photoshopped and no responses from the company for a redo item or even refund. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

Order a month in advance for a Mother’s Day gift, and it came in time but was someone else’s order not mine. No idea who the people were. Contacted them and was told they would expedite a replacement order and I would have in time but behold it didn’t arrive for Mother’s Day as promised. Don’t waste your money.

I give it a three due to the fact that the original tracking number for shipping was wrong. Also my painting came scuffed with white canvas showing in it. Other than that it was not too bad of a job.

⭐⭐ Review: Do not use Epic Paint! ⭐⭐

I placed an order expecting delivery by Mother's Day, but it's May 10th, and nothing has arrived. Communication with this company is abysmal; I had to chase them for updates multiple times. When I finally received the draft, the quality was shockingly poor—my daughter's image looked like it was slapped on like a "Fathead" sticker. Despite expressing my concerns, I received no response. Now, they're refusing to refund me, citing some fine print buried in their terms. Avoid this company at all costs—quality and communication are non-existent.

Customer service was amazing and most importantly, the artwork was breathtaking!
